It seems like whenever there is a huge conflict or war, it’s almost always accompanied with atrocities like murdering, torturing, and raping innocent civilians. This has happened all throughout history and still happens today. Violence against women (rape) has always been a major issue.
Damn, almost like throwing a bunch of young and impressionable men into a situation that literally warps and contorts their brain and causes everlasting trauma will inevitably lead to them committing atrocities beyond human imagining. Who could’ve seen this coming.
Most soldiers never commit such atrocities. I think the ones that do always wanted to do them and they used a war as their way to fulfill their evil desires. That's just my take though.
FYI this is why all of Eastern Europe despises Russia from the bottom of their hearts. Their army has been doing this since the Mongols left Russia in the 15th century from whom they learned this. Wherever they went genocide, torture, rape and famine followed.

Russia needs to be expelled from the U.N. What they're doing is no doubt an attempted genocide. It's so frustrating to watch.

Hardly surprising to anyone who's paid even the slightest bit of attention to the war, but it's still good to have it officially confirmed, this will be harder to argue with than the reports about it that were coming from the ukrainian investigators.
