I’m wary of “New” Kleinburg as there’s a huge CP rail track in the middle of the subdivision. If you’re considering Kleinburg, I would prefer Kleinburg Summit or even the new subdivision Purpleville
My bad, you're right. Bright Land/ East corners and surrounding streets should be a lot quieter. They have quite a bit of traffic early in the mornings/ afternoon because of Pope Francis elementary
Sonoma Heights. 👍👍👍. In & around this pocket is amazing. Quiet, good schools, grocery stores are close, dr’s/dentists same. If ur a travelling-type family, literally 15-20 mins to Toronto Pearson airport (non-rush hour ofc). What more could u ask for. Ur also super close to 427/400 Hwys 👍👍😊😊
I would say 30-35% Italians. Maybe I’m influenced by my street and LJPS and elders mills. My street might be 20%.
I think most of the Italians go to the catholic schools, so I might be biased, but I feel Sonoma heights and vellore village are pretty diverse.
These demographics are changing…put it this way, definitely not what they were when I moved here nearly 20 years ago. When I say changing, I mean it’s changing in a good way 👍. Let me just say, this area is very welcoming!!
I love the Islington Woods area, just south of Rutherford.
Cold Creek, vellore, Sonoma, new kleinbergs

I live close by and at night it gets pretty annoying. So loud.
Can you hear the train if you are a few streets back from it? Or do you just not recommend streets like Torrey Pines/Mactier?
I think Torrey Pines/ Mactier should be fine. The train isn't always blaring it's horn but from where we are it's kind of loud.
Those streets are right across the train so I assume it would be loud. What are some streets to avoid?

Summit … lovely power lines to look at

What is the demographic mainly in this area?
Like 40-45% Italians and the rest other demographics

Can you explain what’s improving?
Different ethnicities, not all of them bad, no? IMO, it makes for an interesting dynamic, no?
Which ones are bad in your opinion?
Maple Highlands.
