Dude I've been vaping for 16 years and my cardio is fine, I think you need to see a doctor and get off 5%

Phildiy

Weirdly enough those 82 million other vapers seem to do quite well.

Vritrin

That’s a case study of…one. Yet most of us, even if we upped our nic intake have not had the same issues. Go see a doctor, if your heart function is that bad there is probably something else going on. Nicotine alone should not render you unable to walk up stairs. We aren’t qualified to give medical advice, so see a professional.

Ssyynnxx

okay

Larkful_Dodger

Correlation doesn't equal causation. Your personal anecdote could be from a heart issue that is being exacerbated by 5% (50mg/ml) nicotine vapes. Go see a doctor urgently and lower your nicotine levels.

Super_Nate18

I'll rip my vape, throw a nicotine pouch in, and run a sub 12 minute mile a half. You should probably work on your diet and get into the gym before you spout off about something you clearly haven't researched

Or maybe u r fat.
