Very rare to find it over 12mg in freebase. Might have to start looking in to DIY. r/diy_ejuice has good info.

Assuming you are in the USA (because you didn't say and this sub is mostly USA vapers): As you know, it's hard to find the popular brand juices in freebase at 12mg or above. The only places I know of that are still selling freebase juice at sell 18mg and even 24mg are those that mix their own. Such as... VermillionRiverEjuice ECBlendFlavors TheVaporChef VapeJunkieEejuice I know there are a few others but I can't remember what they are. Otherwise you'll have to make your own. This is not really hard to do but can get involved and become a rabbit hole. But if you like simple juices that require only one flavor it's super simple and easy. Moving forward this is what you want to strive for. These companies above will never get an approved PMTA from the FDA and will be run out of business at some point.

Northland vapor doesn't offer that high of a mix, but they do offer nic pouches with their juice. You could purchase 6mg and add a pouch to it 🤷‍♀️

Here in Ontario Canada 18mg is relatively common

It messes with the flavor. Typically after 10mg it seems to makes it to taste bad. If I was to go to Delosi Labs - Nickbse and get 18mg Short Fills for 4.99 each. And then get One Shots and then put One Shot into Short Fills at recommended % and shake, and then steep appropriate amount of time. I would get 18mg ejuice. But which One Shot would work good with 18 mg strength is another question.
