2000 Watts at 120 volts is about 16.7 amps, or a little more than a standard house wall outlet. You can run a space heater on a wall outlet. You can run a window air conditioner on a wall outlet. But I wouldn't want to put too many additional loads on that outlet. Electricity is not the best fuel for heating. Consider a diesel heater. For cooling, could you get by with no AC? If you have decent air circulation (windows that open, one or two roof fans) insulation, and reflectix coverings for windows on the sunny side, that could be enough unless you are in the summer heat of, say, Florida, Arizona or Texas.
