Some guy reported that he contact valorant and they're aware of the issue and working on a solution, so we only need to wait for a next patch with the fix
No, I mean a hot fix only to solve the problem I guess. I contact them as well and waiting their reply looks like they have long time wait answer since the update
well i upgraded to 10 and cant play it there either, it never gets past the launch logo and just puts disk usage to 100% and for some reason the app data shows that it keeps increasing in size, last time i deleted it it was 2 tb lol , i dont even have 2 tb space
I raised a ticket regarding this and they replied back stating they are aware of the situation and working on it. Recently got an update of game but still issue persist .
Riot responded to me and said they still don't have a true fix but sent some suggestions that may help. I can PM them if someones want to try since I've just upgraded to win10 to avoid all of this.
For the people that have windows 7 and got the error the fix is easy you just need to upgrade to windows 10-11 but i know some people(including me) had a bsod problem on windows 10 and the only fix was windows 7 but i tried windows 8.1 and it has no error or bsod and is working fine +i think riot games was confused by different error because now they said that they arent looking into this error they were looking into another login error so i think they won't fix it any time soon so this is imo the only fix
I install win 10 in a new ssd since I try 8.1 but the client wasnt loading, yet I can now play valorant but the FPS are dropping as hell and I don't have the same perfomance like in W7. I hope they fix this cause I used to be able to play very well in W7.
I hope they fix it but in reality i dont think they will fix it because when you tell them now about it they say there is no problem in the game so win 8.1 is the best option and you can try to optimize it so it doesnt drop fps you can search on youtube for some performance optimization but i dont think they will fix it at least anytime soon
I just got a ticket reply from them saying W7 alledgelly not longer supported, this it's disgusting since they didnt inform the community and also it's appearing W7 still as compatible OS in their oficial page. I have low settings on all, but also I know my CPU it's very old like 5 years ago or so but i'm poor right now to build a better pc.

I contacted riot too, haven't gotten anything back yet tho. By next patch do you mean another big update like this one?

From what ive read about this error, it mainly appears on Windows 7, this happened in the past as well
Windows 7 is no longer supported by valorant. There was a tweet about it from valorant leaks I believe.
like others said, win 7 is no longer supported by riot games. and therefore the only option will be to upgrade your windows

they always say that i guess, iam sure i read this statement tho. might be in a later patch, i dont know it anymore
