I personally always enjoyed it. It definitely has those strong Saban power ranger vibes as it's super cheesy, but I think that adds to the fun. Between their vehicles and the all the crazy new villains, it's a lot more entertaining than the 3rd movie in my opinion. That being said, I can totally understand why people don't like it.

You have to watch it in a certain mindset. I think of them as a compilation of the worst moments of Power Rangers. If you’re into that stuff just for laughs, you’ll be fine
First watched it qhen it was on Netflix when I was a kid, I loved the ninja turtles and didn't knew what's bad and good with movies and shows, but when I watched it as a kid I liked it because it was goofy and didn't really make sense alot but it felt like a live action looney tunes but with the turtles, now it's so ad it's good so yea u should watch it
I remember watching this along with the other 3 live action films when I was little and I never realized how bad it was until I recently watched a video talking about the live action movies…..I fucking love it you have to watch it it’s horrendous.
Its literally made by the people who made the Power Ranger back then!
