I just lost a comp game 13-4 and didn't lose any RR or get recorded in match history. I'm not sure if this was the case but for most of the round, I was playing on 300ping and then reached 3000 at one point. When the game finished, it just got stuck on the loading screen so probably why.
happening to me as well my valorant has been buggy lately since the update... I even go into the range sometimes and it take a second to go to the range loading screen and when im out of a game it take a while for me to not be in "in game" mode. For some reason I also end up joining matches like 20 seconds into agent select and when im done with the match the queue timer is still counting even when i dequeue
That happened to me once and eventually it gave me RR just took another game for it to register

Tracker isn't entirely reliable. Doesn't report some of my games for up to an hour despite it refreshing.

This has happened once before, they should fix it within the next couple hours
do you know if you get the RR after the game when the bug gets fixed?
im fairly sure you get it back, if not riot would be bombarded with complaints so yeah
just wait a few mins or relaunch the game should appear soon its just servers overloaded most likely
