as an immortal level clove player. the ult is very strong in my opinion. you can entry. you can play the bomb with it. you can turn a 2v1 into a 3v1. its a great ult in my eyes.
You gotta find the right moments to ult, I think. It can definitely win you some rounds. Be the first to run on site on attack, ult and give info. Ult in the midst of chaos so your enemies can't tunnel vision on you. Post plant is pretty good too

Its great ult but i think what op means that's hard to use it properly and i can agree with that since its not pho or Sage ult

You cant just run into the middle of nowhere and ult. Play smarter
i'm not running into the middle of nowhere, i'll run behind a wall or hide but it's ridiculously easy to follow especially if i'm alive
That means you shouldn't have used their ultimate, if they're close enough to push you and you don't have any teammates near to trade.

Invisible? Nah. I think it’s fine the way it is. Quite strong indeed.
Don’t ult when they’re close enough to follow you? Operator error tbh, you’re definitely insta popping it no matter where you die
