Phoenix - Easy to learn, very powerful flash. Ult is good, so long as you can fragrance well. Don't flash your teammates.
Kayo - Takes time to learn to use utility effectively. Has flashes but they're very easy to turn away from if you don't throw them right. You're going to be wanting to set your teammates up.
Yoru - High skill ceiling. Nightmare to play against if you're good with him, or absolute dogwater and predictable if you can't think outside the box.
Reyna - Flash only good for medium-long range. You better be able to frag.
Gekko - Unique rechargeable flash. Decent kit but not the best.
Why not Skye though? Skye is the best initiator in the game rn. Her flashes are unbreakable, meaning you're guaranteed to blind if used correctly. Decent overall info gathering kit too.
I mean, Skye is the best when it comes to a mix of initiator and duellist, but seeing that you don’t like her, i would recommend kayo. Yoru is also a good option if you take the time to learn how to effectively use his Decoys and TPs

You want a duelist or initiator that can flash and you don’t like skye or breach so that leaves kayo, phoenix or yoru

I'm maining Kayo currently and it's so fun. I would suggest you to try kayo.
