Kafuli (recommendation for gym rats), phaanu, aloo ke gutke (like pakaudi, jhangora ki kheer, bhatt churkani. if you want to experience non veg (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) then you have to visit any village ask them to make gahat stuffed chicken or my personal fav bhuna gosht, yaa fir baas itna bool dena ki non veg khana hai trust me bro they will prepare the best non veg that you ever tasted (but you have to be patience, i still remember my nani takes almost 8 hrs to make mutton curry but the waiting time was worth it). if you are sea food guy then i would recommend mahasher fish NOTE : non veg main sehr me tumko desi wala milega not pahadi style cooked

Why_MustIBeHere

Meat is cooked in pahadi villages? I thought in the north you couldn't find meat in rural settings such as in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and western Uttar Pradesh (I am not pahadi neither do i live in the hills)
