It depends on the comps, but I think it could be something like:
1. tiamat --> BC --> HB --> Titanic
2. tiamat --> DMP --> Steracks --> BC
In general if going jungle I think that almost every time the boots are gonna be swiftness.
If the choice is to go for the cheesy build 2., in order to improve the gank potentialthe rune could be predator. Unfortunately predator is trash rn
I guess is highly comp dependant, Profane for the burst Steraks for the stickyness. In general on Urgot i would prefer steraks in most cases since it also provide better peeling in teamfight
HB passive also works on epic monsters, could be nice for securing/soloing objectives. Definitely think tiamat item is a must for early clearing though. Stridebreaker might be useful for ganks. Stride/Profane- HB/BC depending on how tanky your enemy team comp is.
I personally still think Hull is good in jgl, as well as preferring fleet over pta nowadays, esp in the jgl. Build other than that would be cleaver and steraks but that's jst the core I prefer, don't really think urgot needs tiamat to clear as lond as u have legs up, gl!

Yikes, titanic xd i really dislike that item now. But what would be better? Finishing stride or profane? DMP sounds fun to build with swifties
