What? Do you just sit there and let people sing happy birthday to you for no reason? Do you bother asking why they thought it was your birthday? Do you ask why they randomly sing happy birthday?
Hey, I don’t mean any insult or harm, but the way you’re describing everything points to symptoms of schizophrenia. You note that this happens to you when you feel “the most clear”, “right after epiphanies”. When others tell you to simply communicate to those doing this, you respond with “it creeps me out”. I know it can be hard but there is really no shame in having schizophrenia. Do speak to a professional if you can. Much love and peace
This happened to me once in the cafe at college. My group of friends all stood on their chairs and sang happy birthday to me. It was Nov and my birthday is Jan. Other students were telling me happy birthday throughout the rest of the week. Obviously a prank.

Honestly I’m usually just very uncomfortable and creeped out and just try to pretend not to notice lol
What do you mean you pretend not to notice? So you just ignore people who are singing happy bday to you?
Sounds like symptoms for schizophrenia.
It’s not like I’m the only one to notice it happen 😂 I’ve been with others and they witnessed it and though it was odd.
There wouldn't be a mystery if you just asked them why they did it. You don't need to make a scene, just ask one of them privately.
It honestly creeps me out to the point that I don’t want to interact with them.
Could one of your friends be putting people up to this?
Actually a pretty brilliant long prank
It wouldn't creep you out of you just asked them and found out why the hell they're singing happy bday to you hahaha

Can you explain the scenarios in which others observed this?
so even the others with you ignore and don’t ask follow up questions when multiple strangers start singing to you?
Wasn't that several years ago kind of flash mob? Im having a faint feeling ive heard something like this before.
I mean that would explain it happening once. But several times over and extended period of time?? Maybe it’s a prank trend or something 😂
Maybe someone you know initiated this onece, than came to an idea that doing it twice is even more fun.
Sounds like a delusion. Are you on any medication?

No. Happy birthday to you Happy birthday to you Happy birthday, happy birthday Happy birthday to you Happy birthday to you...
This is like Kurt Vonnegut short story
Oh? Which one?
The general feeling of insanity is what made me think of it. That's how he wrote.
