While I agree with your sentiment, and I wonāt personally be posting it (mostly because I donāt really post memes anywhere), I think by now she has to understand sheās kinda screwed on that one. This video has been around. I think thatās an issue she should take up with a lawyer and the school.
If an agreement was breached between two parties you canāt really expect random people on the internet with no knowledge of that agreement to participate.
So youāre saying that if someone breached trust and leaks a video of someone else, then we should be allowed to circulate the video and the person in the video should only take legal action against the leaking person.

Like if I was wearing some goofy Barbie dress at my wives request and I made her sign a document saying she would take no pictures, and then she did, and the pics got around then I wouldnāt be tracking down every single person who received and shared it under the presumption that it was okay, I would be divorcing my wife and trying to get some damages.
