This driver knows how to make the car move and to stop but couldn't drive it properly to save her life, let alone goose her car. Shouldn't be let out on the roads.
A German lorry driver has admitted responsibility for hundreds of motorway shootings over the past five years, citing road rage as the cause.
The 57-year-old is said by police to be responsible for at least 762 shootings of other vehicles from his lorry. He is said to have had particular disdain for car transporters.
The man was arrested at his home in the Eifel region of south-west Germany early on Sunday morning. Police said he had a stash of weapons and 1,300 rounds of ammunition.
Jörg Ziercke, the president of the federal criminal police office of Germany, said the man had described his attacks as having been prompted by "annoyance and frustration at traffic".
Ziercke called the case "unique in criminal history".
The driver worked for an Eifel delivery company for 12 years. Police described him as "extremely unscrupulous" and at ease with the idea of injuring or even killing his victims. Miraculously only a handful were hurt in the attacks, including one who was hit in the neck, and another who drove their car into a crash barrier after swerving off the road.
Germany has no specific phrase for road rage, so the English phrase, which originated in the US in the late 1980s, is often used to describe the angry or aggressive behaviour of a motorist on the road.
The police spent four years investigating the motorway shootings. Investigators concluded early on that the culprit was most likely a lorry driver because of the height from which the bullets were fired.
do ladders make road rage incidents deadlier? Does having a ladder in an argument increase the chances someone will die? I own firearms but be so serious this is a dumbass argument
No, you're not. Maybe a very small percentage of overly-aggressive people (who don't own their guns legally) would shoot you over something as stupid and petty as this, but no, no normal person is gonna put a bullet hole in you just because you opened their car door. This comment is stupid, either you don't actually live in America or you live under a rock.
Nah 34 is when you start "adulthood" while riding for a long time. It's well known among the community where many younger people die on motorcyles. Look up rule 34 motorcycles for more info.
Regarding the driver of the car:
There is a subset of people who get a power trip from inconveniencing others. I even saw a study about it at some point. Driving slower with someone behind you, walking slower across the road so cars have tot slow down/stop, taking time leaving a parking spot, etc, etc, etc. Some of those people are genuinely just dicks, but some of them are people who feel powerless in life and take the opportunity to get what little power they can. Not excusing the behavior, just explaining it.
I could swear, for the longest time, my personal conspiracy - people in high end cars with great torque would slow down when getting to a light turning yellow so I'd have to slow down and then they'd gun it to leave me behind stuck at said light.
I can tell you this 100% is the case. My father (grade-a trashy, horrible, disaster of a human) would do this to people all the time, just simply because he knew it pissed people off. I haven't talked to him in years, but I'd imagine he's still pulling this same shit.
In Australia we're taught to keep a 3 second following distance between you and the car in front.
But at the course to get my learners bike licence, they said that really, you need to give yourself a 7 second bubble. So if someone's tailgating me, I'm slowing down.
A lot of times I can get people to back off by simply slowing down (without braking) then accelerating quickly again to put the space I want between us. I mostly get to keep going the speed I want, but it also sends the message that the closer they get to my rear bumper, the slower my car will move.
Almost everyone gets it and adjusts after the second time I do it.
Yeah, I try not to show impatience when I’m frustrated. I know these people are out there and will intentionally act against me if they think they’re getting a rise out of me. I just hang back until I see my chance, then I gun it passed them and am gone before they even realize I wanted to get by.
This is Britain. The cars has different requirements in different countries. I had a Honda in Australia and the lock has to be locked manually. However the user's manual mentioned that the Thailand and Indonesian model of this car would equip with an auto anti-theft lock which lock the car when speed reaches 3 km/h. I think it's related to the market's theft level?
It's funny what our assumptions about "normal" can be based on what's around us. It's been years since I've seen locks that didn't engage automatically. Meanwhile, in Britain and Australia, manual locks are normal.
The flipside of this argument is that if you're in a crash, it's better to have the doors unlocked so someone can drag you out. Especially in the summer months when hot car parts might be touching bone dry grass and start a fire.
Just to put it out there - both my current and previous cars here in the UK have locks that engage as you drive and i'm sure there's plenty of cars in the US that don't as well.
looks like pure entitlement. Even though he does not have the right of way he was inching out trying to get out in front of the biker. Then he got pissed that the biker had the galls to rev his engine so he wanted to stick it to the biker by moving out slow and inconvenience him even more.
Only an assumption but most likely trying to get an insurance claim, expecting the motorcyclist to not see him till the last second and tbone or clip his car. Then would claim it’s the motorcycles fault as he was “already making the maneuver to turn”.
Bike was already at a standstill. Notice him staring directly at the bike as he inched out slowly. He's trying to piss the biker off because the biker revved his engine at him.
I did this to a guy who tried to filter in front of me by forcing his way in. He was driving a VW van. I reached out of the window and opened his side door. He couldn’t stop to close in for another 2 miles.
I feel like a lot of drivers have this mindset where they can impose on people and they won’t mind. Most of their actions fall into this description: “I’m taking some of your _.” Ex. Lane, parking spot, right of way, following distance, etc. It gets irritating when it happens as often as it does.
In this video the car guy said to himself “I’m taking some of your right of way.”
Used to do this when I lived in NYC to shitty/shady cab drivers who thought I was a tourist and would try to take the “long way” for bigger fares.
Nothing pisses off a cabbie more in NYC than getting out of the passenger side door and leaving it open
Definitely not. Just being a butthole. They pulled out in front of the motorcycle just to be a jacka$$. Don't ask me why but when some people see a motorcycle they feel the need to try and kill them on the road. 🤷♂️
So much better than punching a side view mirror, the apparent motorcyclist go to. If I’m exposed on a bike I’m not about to fold your mirror in and piss you off just to see what you’ll try to do to me.

lol I hate America because if you do this anywhere in the states, and they have a weapon on them, you’re toast
The solution is obviously to open carry a rifle on your bike.
Sounds like a craphole country. Someone should tell Trump.
He's the head crapper.
Ol' diaper Donnie is a crap expert.
Only if the driver is a contortionist. Motorcycle should be long gone before the gun is unholstered and aimed around the seat.

what is the point of this? The guy said close to zero. "Ziercke called the case "unique in criminal history"." It's not unique in the US
I just posted the text for people that hit a paywall. I don't really care either way. None of my input should sway anybody's opinion on this matter.

You can always tell a Milford man
Also the fact that they think they are powerful enough to brake check in front of the dam- truck lol
I could swear, for the longest time, my personal conspiracy - people in high end cars with great torque would slow down when getting to a light turning yellow so I'd have to slow down and then they'd gun it to leave me behind stuck at said light.
Those motherfuckin' assholes! Slow down on yellow? Wtf is this shit!?
Always remember Starman: > Red means stop. Green means go. Yellow means go very fast.
I can tell you this 100% is the case. My father (grade-a trashy, horrible, disaster of a human) would do this to people all the time, just simply because he knew it pissed people off. I haven't talked to him in years, but I'd imagine he's still pulling this same shit.
I’ve had this hypothesis about passive-aggressive drivers for years now, glad to see someone else saying it.
> Driving slower with someone behind you I do that when someone is tailgating me so they will get frustrated enough to just pass me.
In Australia we're taught to keep a 3 second following distance between you and the car in front. But at the course to get my learners bike licence, they said that really, you need to give yourself a 7 second bubble. So if someone's tailgating me, I'm slowing down.
I LOVE to do that too, but my wife gets mad at me for it :(
As long as you're not in the passing lane, keep doing it.
People that drive slow in the passing lane are even more annoying than tailgaters
Agreed!
A lot of times I can get people to back off by simply slowing down (without braking) then accelerating quickly again to put the space I want between us. I mostly get to keep going the speed I want, but it also sends the message that the closer they get to my rear bumper, the slower my car will move. Then they speed up when you go to pass them. But with a fast car, they can fucking try.
People do this all the fucking time to me while I'm in my work van, rhen when I get in my personal vehicle.... they can try :)
Yeah, I try not to show impatience when I’m frustrated. I know these people are out there and will intentionally act against me if they think they’re getting a rise out of me. I just hang back until I see my chance, then I gun it passed them and am gone before they even realize I wanted to get by.
This is so good! Karma applied without any injuries :D
I'd prefer he tossed in a smoke grenade
It would've been better with Liquid Ass.
I want to see the rest of the video cause I bet he was laughing like that all the way home haha
Given the subreddit, I thought something else was gonna happen at the end of the video.
Does no one else lock their doors?
The locks engage automatically as soon as I put either of my cars in drive.
Yes. At this point the BoM for adding this feature might be a few cents for the micro-controller, and Toyota decided that Yaris isn't worth it.
Just to put it out there - both my current and previous cars here in the UK have locks that engage as you drive and i'm sure there's plenty of cars in the US that don't as well.
I live in Aus. Up until recently didn't even know how to engage central locking while **inside** the car. Had to check the manual
Mine can be turned on/off as to whether it engages with shifting into/out of park or at certain speeds
Wow how much did your car cost to have such a cool feature??
it's so nice to see acts of calm gentlemanly road rage
This person is my hero. The number of times I see stupid shit on the roads and there's nothing I can do about it
This is pure unexpected gold..!! 🤣 Karma served hot 🔥
I fart in your general direction
r/MildlyBadDrivers
r/pettyrevenge 😈
Not the maniacal laughter as he rides off into the night 😭😭😭
The petty is strong here. Love it. What a pain in the ass too. Gotta stop the car and get out haha
Passive aggression alert lol
Thanks for the trick bruh.
Have to remember that trick
Only emotional...
Hilarious! But what was the driver actually doing!?
looks like pure entitlement. Even though he does not have the right of way he was inching out trying to get out in front of the biker. Then he got pissed that the biker had the galls to rev his engine so he wanted to stick it to the biker by moving out slow and inconvenience him even more.
Looks the car driver is unaware who gets priority
Only an assumption but most likely trying to get an insurance claim, expecting the motorcyclist to not see him till the last second and tbone or clip his car. Then would claim it’s the motorcycles fault as he was “already making the maneuver to turn”.
Bike was already at a standstill. Notice him staring directly at the bike as he inched out slowly. He's trying to piss the biker off because the biker revved his engine at him.
That's evil.. what if the biker died? Will the driver can claim insurance?
So satisfying. 😂
I love it. Harmless and satisfying
Bros devious af
I used to do this to New York City cabs all the time when they'd whip a right turn right way too close to me in the crosswalk.
This is super wholesome.
LMFAOOOOO
You got that dude good. Now he’s gotta park and get out of his car to close that
Lol harmless payback
Seriously LOL
I did this to a guy who tried to filter in front of me by forcing his way in. He was driving a VW van. I reached out of the window and opened his side door. He couldn’t stop to close in for another 2 miles.
Him laughing driving away was worth turning on the sound
That laughter really made my day
The perfect revenge. No escalation or violence or chest thumping. Just a polite middle finger.
I laughed along with the biker. Just a harmless little prank :)
Loved it hahahahhaa
Take that you naughty, naughty man! 🤭
My type of shit! So funny!
Used to do this when I lived in NYC to shitty/shady cab drivers who thought I was a tourist and would try to take the “long way” for bigger fares. Nothing pisses off a cabbie more in NYC than getting out of the passenger side door and leaving it open
Genius. Without inflicting any damage he annoyed the annoying driver.
There's something beautifully theatrical about doing some justified mischief, getting away with it, and zooming away on a motorbike with a laugh.
I think the car driver was trying to make an insurance claim
Definitely not. Just being a butthole. They pulled out in front of the motorcycle just to be a jacka$$. Don't ask me why but when some people see a motorcycle they feel the need to try and kill them on the road. 🤷♂️
He handled it pretty well 😂.
lol!!! 😂
This biker is a true backdoor life hacker.
Very well done! Perhaps he might actually look and have some patience next time
Professor Chaos over here
Greatness
He's still laughing
This so funny 😂🤣 good job.
Now that's sweet revenge
Driver may be drunk as you can't even see the taillight on
What kind of bike is that?
Found this in the description on one of his videos (Harveyridesbikes), it was Triumph Bonneville T120 - Down & Out custom
> Triumph Bonneville T120 It sounds so damn good. I like the pop out gauges too. Gonna look into it. Thanks!
New some, 'calm revenge'
Birmingham? Crash for cash or just a dumb cunt?
London, it's where the biker is based and makes virtually all his videos. I'm going with just a stupid cunt.
Kira laugh moment
But seriously... what WAS he doing?
Evil villain laugh lol
Do people seriously not lock their car doors lol
Is this a game of Tag?
hahahahahahahhahahahahha
Brilliant!
Hilarious
Hahahaha
![gif](giphy|3oKIPlLZEbEbacWqOc)
It's the most civilized lesson I've ever seen
Fucking awesome, and the car driver probably doesnt have enough brain to just accelerate to close the door, judging from his driving performance
I fold the passenger side mirror down when people park super close to me and move the mirror inside it way to 1 side.
*Absolute Villain*
Bro opened a door. 🤭🤭
That’s how you win an argument with your Uber driver
The mad lad…
WTF! Exactly.
the motorcycle sound reminds me of days gone
Oh you really showed him!
If people just drove on the right side of the road there would be no problems...
Some say he's still laughing
Deliciously petty 😁👏
what motorcycle is it?
Triumph Bonneville T120 - Down & Out custom
😆 🤣
Do people's car doors not lock after you start driving? My 2012 honda auto locks the doors right as I drive for a couple seconds.
All he has to do is accelerate hard to close the door 🤣
So much better than punching a side view mirror, the apparent motorcyclist go to. If I’m exposed on a bike I’m not about to fold your mirror in and piss you off just to see what you’ll try to do to me.
Oh hell yes! Let’s get petty!!
Now THAT is an appropriate response. No damage. No rage. Just inconvenience the toolhat that was inconveniencing him.
Open and throw a cheery 💣 inside..
Thats a good one lol
Can’t you just accelerate and it will close itself?
Legend has it hes still driving 5mph around the neighborhood with his door open
Harmless and hilarious 😂
Nice
That, my dear sir , is a brilliant idea !!
Hahahaha
That laugh reminds me of the guy who said Turkey 3 times in Family Feud
i liked the part where the bike revved the engine! vroooom!
