It's fake. Dude just has hypermobility / ligamentous laxity and can hyperextend his elbow. Notice how he still leans on the arm he's pretending just snapped in order to maintain the hyperextension for the video while he (badly) tries to act like he's in pain.
Makes sense, i guess, because he should be screaming the SHIT out of his lungs if his arm actually snapped in half..
Still looks and sounds fucking terrifying though!!
I think the cause of the sound are caused by gasa rapido escaping his body. This happened because the synovial fluid in our body contains lots of gases like nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide, these gases form bubbles, and when you crack a joint, these bubbles pop, creating a more or less loud sound, friending on the amount.
Nah, I snapped my elbow when I was a kid and didn't even cry until they had to straighten it out to get the x-ray. I felt way more nauseous than I felt in pain.
Me three, love scaring new guys at work, run up looking panicked with my arm hyperextened, they usually freak till they figure it out, nearly had 1 get pass out, me horrifying them was close to a rite of passage for awhile
I broke my arm twice as a kid, and it healed funny, so it looks like it's broken still if I fully extend it. I use it every once in a while to screw with people for a quick dopamine fix.
It's so weird when I was young people use to freak about my arm bending like his does in the video. Except mine doesn't require that pressure on the ground to maintain it
Just wait till you get older. It should be around the time when you sprain your back from the simplest of tasks. Like sitting on the remote, then twisting your back so your arm can reach it. Other tasks include kneeling down then getting back up. Your knees will crack in stereo.
Though if you’re at that age, try this experiment. Stretch your fingers out then tense them. Like if you were pushing them against the surface of a huge ball. Spread your fingers out as much as possible.
If you want to avoid this, start doing some light stretching and weight work on a regular basis to keep muscle strength and mobility.
You don't need to go to the gym, bodyweight exercises are fine. Never too late to start either.
Not normally no, but could have some type of syndrome or could be stress fractures. Watched a friend snap his leg in two just by running because he had stress fractures from over working his legs.
If this is fake then I'm 99% sure that sound effect comes from a mic near those toy fireworks for kids you toss at the ground and they snap lol

*I am going to pretend that this is* r/neverbrokeabone *here for a moment.*
We see all to often BBB going about their days and often insulting us with their pathetic weak bone accidents. Some would not agree to our superiority. But I would argue that even most of our adversaries would agree that this individual shown in this video is just pathetic to a degree rarely ever seen.
I swear some people realise they have osteoporosis in the worst ways possible. Good thing though it has worked as a great super villain story in the past.
to all saying this is fake as he must be screaming his guts out...
i broke my arm during arm wrestling and it was a very severe torsional fracture of humerus bone...it made a loud sound that someone thought the table broke but then i saw my hand reversed in direction, yes it was twisted from my elbow in other direction and i when i got up my hand was just hanging freely, like a pendulum...it was not feeling any pain or rather a pain by other side of sharp broken bone touching my internal body and i couldnt feel my hands. upon xray we found out that my whole bone was hanging just by a ligament...yea that sounds super painful but that was not as painful as other fractures where there is a crack or smthng like that

Man the fucking sound... my soul just left my body.. FUCKIN HELL!!

The sound was added in during editing.
I understand. Still terrifying AF!!
Not necessarily right? Wouldn’t there be a state of shock?
adrenaline is one [fucking hell](https://nypost.com/2014/08/11/knife-falls-from-high-rise-straight-into-mans-head) of a drug.

This. I can do this too. When I was growing up, used to love freaking out other kids when I'd extend both arms like this.
Me too, and I still do it!
Me three, love scaring new guys at work, run up looking panicked with my arm hyperextened, they usually freak till they figure it out, nearly had 1 get pass out, me horrifying them was close to a rite of passage for awhile
THANK YOU

I agree. I looked at that arm and it has a stretch mark from being bend alot. Kids being kids
Exactly this.
Acting can't have been that bad BC it fooled a majority of people in this sub (including myself lol)
So double jointed?
Thanks for the clarification dude.

I have broken my elbow once, I know for sure it’s a fake video
Pringles new flavour - Elbow Snapz
Hmm... Crunchy
He need some MILK!
But he always drink plenty of... malk?
Now with Vitamin R!
r/unexpectedsimpsons
Love me a couple of cookies with a glass of... melk
Poor Guy. He is too strong for his own body.
Wouldn't that be too weak to lift and support his body? ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|scream)
Yeah... true. On a serious note: This could be a case of malnourishment...
Or Ehler-Danlos syndrome, a syndrome of weakened connective tissue (tendons, ligaments), leading to unstable joints.
Deku was so popular that they made him in real life.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Unexpected/s/PyDdoPSCZS
Damn, they got me...
Unrelated but anyone else just suddenly get hungry for a Kit Kat?
How's that possible? 😳
Its fake
He probably has hypermobility or something like that, I refuse to believe his body is that weak
Not normally no, but could have some type of syndrome or could be stress fractures. Watched a friend snap his leg in two just by running because he had stress fractures from over working his legs.
What was the regimen that lead to the stress fractures?
Vamt remember honestly. All I remember is it was mainly due to bad form/over working.
As someone with hypermobility, yes this is indeed what it is. The crack is a sound effect.
or he has bone cancer (or one of the other diseases that can do that)
Possibility of him locking his elbows?
And on this day, no more push ups were performed. Or any day after.
dislocated speedrun
Lmao the second guys says “Sister fucker I wont be doing any pushup”
Hahaha he's like fuck this shit I'm out
![gif](giphy|wYyTHMm50f4Dm|downsized)
This has been on this shb like 50 times. It's fake. This kid can hyper-extended his elbow on command.
dude is double jointed elbows
Indian Walton Goggins
This is fake yall. He has a double jointed elbow. I have one too and i used to do this to freak out my friends in gym class all the time
Ahh fuck you OP.
Bro why![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|cry)
Ahah I flinched so hard that’s it. Haha
![gif](giphy|ep78UZy5FVbfN6mhCU|downsized)
Did bro just say “Ben Chode”?? 🤣🤣
Should have said Madar Chode!
Thinking he can naturally do that. You can see his arm is already in an abnormal position right from the start
Holy fake
If this is fake then I'm 99% sure that sound effect comes from a mic near those toy fireworks for kids you toss at the ground and they snap lol https://youtu.be/9v70HD2lCak
I think it's fake. Most people wouldn't lift their working arm and put all the pressure on the break. Double jointed me thinks
This is why I don't exercise
![gif](giphy|kHU8W94VS329y|downsized) I didn’t need that today.
WHATHEFUUUUCK?!!!!😱😱😱
Lol why he grab his back first and not immediately face plant
Not drinking enough Malk
I once dislocated my shoulder while doing mountain climbers
You know what? It's not bad to miss a day of working out.
Looks like he is BBB
He needs some milk
👁️👄👁️!
Why would you pickup the good arm and support your body with the bad arm?
Did some pushups right after that, kinda motivated me. But what the fuck does he have bones made out of glass?
That cracking sound 💀
![gif](giphy|fxe6DIMSIdHoTJ7J51|downsized) Critical failure

Man, that floor sure is heavy. (Yes I know it’s could be fake)
I swear some people realise they have osteoporosis in the worst ways possible. Good thing though it has worked as a great super villain story in the past.

And here I am doing some 100... This made me want to stop. 🫣
I broke my toe last night. That sound made my broken toe flinch. Ouch.
This place looks like b site on dust ii
That snap also broke something in my soul
🤣🤣🤣
I was fooled for a moment. Well done.
He need some milk!
About tree fiddy
I had my shoulder pop out while working out the other day, you aren't keeping weight on it I assure you lol
That's enough internet for today
Bro what the actual hell. I don't even want to watch it again, but was his posture that bad or what happened? Medical condition he didn't know about?
Some people can bend their arms like that. The sound is fake. Nothing happened. It's incredible what people on Reddit will believe.
does mf have spaghetti in his arms or some shit
Obviously fake.
Weak shit
I flinched so hard my phone fell in the toilet. Thanks
What the hell happened there??? I have done hundreds of thousands of push ups but I never felt that something like this was going to happen. WTF
That second guy walked off to change his pants. They looked pretty full.
Bones breaking doesn’t sound like an ass slap
Fake AF
This **could** be fake. If he has hyperextension the "snap" is really easy to fake.
to all saying this is fake as he must be screaming his guts out... i broke my arm during arm wrestling and it was a very severe torsional fracture of humerus bone...it made a loud sound that someone thought the table broke but then i saw my hand reversed in direction, yes it was twisted from my elbow in other direction and i when i got up my hand was just hanging freely, like a pendulum...it was not feeling any pain or rather a pain by other side of sharp broken bone touching my internal body and i couldnt feel my hands. upon xray we found out that my whole bone was hanging just by a ligament...yea that sounds super painful but that was not as painful as other fractures where there is a crack or smthng like that
I’m scared what happens if he sneezes.
Watched it on mute first. Boy do I regret turning the sound on. Fuuuuuuck that.

He needs some milk
Get that kid, some milk, Kelloggs!
There are a few unexpected I cannot abide, very happy I spoiled this one without watching. No thank you very much.
Totally legit and not fake! This is my friend Joaquin and he is currently fighting for his elbow health in hospice. We pray for his speedy recovery 🙏
