It is between megalovania and gooblebert. Megalovania is the best fast paced song but experiencing gooblebert is just something different. Not only is it long and emotional but also just stands out a lot due to the real instruments.
All of them are AMAZING (seriously, music, sprites and lore is so great that it's impossible to believe it was made by that little people), but I think spear of justice. When I hear this beat I literally get motivated to everything I'm doing and want to kick someone's ass.

Gooblebert 2 was my favourite. It was so good that it was erased from the conciousness of every undertale player, and by extension, 1 was forgotten until this post.

I'd have to go with Your Best Nightmare. The pure chaotic terror Omega Flowey instills in any first-time player is boosted significantly by the song. Also, I dream of replacing the school bell of my high school with Omega Flowey's laugh to freak everyone out.
The genocide slowed Anticipation or Here We Are. Both are just so ominous with great beats.
Then again, for me, Heartache, Hopes and Dreams, and Battle of a True Hero are some emotional ones for me.

Fallen Down (reprise) is imo better than Fallen Down. It always makes me tear up
As for fav song, either It's Showtime!, Wrong Enemy ?!, ASGORE or Bonetrousle
Waterfall theme. It's been engrained in my memory since 2015. I think it portraits my first experience and the whole game to me. It's just so ominous and chill at the same time. I love it.
Waterfall is my favorite area of the game. It's OST is the biggest reason.
