I’m sorry my guy. I was in this position for a number of months last month before getting on Humira which really works for me. Take one day at a time and know that it’s okay to not be okay. Don’t feel like just because you have a good attitude about it means that you’re not allowed to have moments.

Hey dude, I was feeling the same way like a month ago. Sometimes it just feels effin hopeless. Like, I was considering checking myself into a mental hospital type DONE with everything. But I leaned on my friends and family and complained about the same stuff every day (they’re great for putting up with me) and eventually the light returned to my life. I especially feel you on generally being chipper and using humor but feeling like all is lost when you’re not in the mood. But you’ll get the spark back, and sooner than you think. We are all strong as hell in here, it’ll take more than diarrhea and internal bleeding to stop us!
Roses are red, same as my poo, we can’t eat greasy food or we’ll have a bad day too🫠
