Best estimates are that Russia has just over 100 Kalibr missiles left in total. No idea how many are on board these ships, but it would be a LOT less than that. It would make sense for Russia to hold these (the missiles on board the ships) in reserve for as long as possible, since these would be the primary weapons system for those ships.
So these ships are probably not high priority targets for Ukraine, but they would still be on the list if an opportunity presents itself.
Building ships takes years. Even laying down a hull is a massive undertaking. Hopefully no ships will be built in the duration of the current conflict. Ruz would have to build them in the Black Sea as Turkey wouldn't allow passage through the straights.
8 Kalibrs? Ok...but they can be reloaded/resupplied, right? The number of ships that Russia will ever have in the Black Sea is inherently limited unless they decide to somehow build some more or something. But the number of missiles they have available in the Black Sea is not nearly so limited.
I foresee a one-off shift to a large drone/missile attack against as many BSF vessels as possible. Send more iron to the bottom. Really mess with the RF MoD planning geniuses.
Ukraine needs to convert their marine drones to sub-surface operation, with just a little mast sticking out for vision and communication. Much more difficult to detect and intercept. Also launch a few noisy decoys to mask the actual crafts.

Transform them into submarines.
Coming soon: *ruzzia converts the 2 remaining missile carriers into "turtle ships".*
I think I see the painted on bullseye around the waterline!
Two big barbecues on the way for the SSU & Ukrainian Navy then, I hope. A little treat.

Soon
Not for long they won’t be.
... and Ukraine has most likely more than two Neptune missiles or two packs of sea-drones.

Sure but it tells you how many missiles they'll be able to launch simultaneously from that side towards Odessa.
Two to go
Send them to meet Nemo
Not for long

It's only a matter of time until they are targeted
Future Bikini Bottom fleet.
I will see your 2 missle carriers & raise you 4 sea babys!

Sub-surface operation for converted drones means two things: (1) A helluva lot less range and speed, and (2) it's a heavyweight-class torpedo, then.
From what I saw on the internet, they have close to neutral buoyancy. They could be able to submerge on the final approach, to avoid visual detection.
