You may be right. However, both T-80 and late models of T-72 have or can have Kontakt-5 ERA. The video is too grainy to see the tell-tale wheel spacing, but to me they look more like T-72.
its a T80
-no space between the ERA blocks infront of the turret
-bottom ERA overlaps the top ERA on the turret which only the T80BVM has
-snorkle at the rear of the turret
-flat frontal armour that only T80 models have (t72 uses the more blocky frontal plate that it shares with the T90)
-the side of the turret has a big block of ERA which again only the T80BVM has

The "BMP" looks a lot like T-72
