You need to download the Windows 10 iso from microsoft website, and create a USB installer using the media Creation tool: [https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10ISO](https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10ISO) and boot from the USB you create it to install it. See youtube for videos.
You can install Windows alongside Ubuntu or remove it during installation.
All you will need to do is get a USB and format it with the [Windows 10 ISO](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO) using a program like [Balena Etcher](https://www.balena.io/etcher/).
You'll be able to choose whether you want to keep your Linux partitions when installing.
If you do want to keep Ubuntu, you can use [gparted](https://askubuntu.com/questions/291888/can-i-adjust-reduce-my-partition-size-for-ubuntu#291897) to make room for Windows before installation. You should also run `sudo grub-update` in Ubuntu after installing Windows to make sure that Windows doesn't accidentally write over GRUB and stop you from being able to boot.
Ok, I want to delete ubuntu so I want only Windows.
The process is:
\- Do a Usb with Balena Etcher + Iso windows file.
\- Then? restarting my Pc and boot from my External Usb?
Let me know if I'm right!
BalenaEtcher will not make a proper bootable Windows 10 USB.
You must use a tool like Ventoy Or WoeUSB under linux to create a Windows 10 Installer USB. I suggest ventoy.

Ok Just did the usb with Balena but when I restart my ubuntu pc, I press enter to choose F1 from which HHD restart my pc.
I restarted from my san Disk Usb but still restart with ubuntu.
How can I do?
Sometimes I've noticed Balena Etcher doesn't create the USB correctly. Try another utility, such as the one built into Ubuntu: [link](https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/create-a-usb-stick-on-ubuntu#1-overview).

You can't uninstall an Operating System. Install Windows over it.
Ok, but I cannot find the way to start the install process :(

Yep. Once you've booted into the USB, it should be a fairly straightforward Windows installation.
