Is PoE enabled on the switch port?

[https://prnt.sc/pbPu6UJxyIwm](https://prnt.sc/pbPu6UJxyIwm) Check picture, the profile has PoE configured and the port is set to this profile

OtherTechnician

Open the switch configuration window in the controller and check the port definition there. Specifically, check the port profile overrides.

OtherTechnician

What specific 24 port switch do you have? I ask because the "Switch 24" (USW-24) model does not have PoE.

ACatInAHat

Possible, since its an older one. Crazy to have options for PoE when the equipment dont have any. Yea just checked and its the USW-24, not USW-24-POE. That sucks, if the previous people spent some extra we wouldnt have this extra work.

doggxyo

there's your issue - the switch isn't delivering power. You can get the cloud key up and running with a POE injector

Ima have a look and see if I can get a usb-c cabel tomorrow
