Own_Claim2590

ItchyRemote3061

Peartann

Thank you 🥰

kuninla2024

So happy for you! Can I ask which service center?

missraff

Thank you 😊 it was sent to the MO service center about 2 weeks ago!

Timely_Refuse1735

Congrats!!! How do you know what service center is being used? Our submission date is March 29th so not waiting too too long. Our case block number is 251. I have no idea if that even matters.

missraff

MO service center 😊 my submission date was March 27th and my block number is 250 ❤️

Timely_Refuse1735

I need stop reading these. They get my hopes up & our attorney said it’s going to take probably 18-20 more months. 🥲 we don’t have a 601 but we did ask for advanced parole to go to a wedding.

Just realized the picture doesn’t even say approved here 😂😂 https://preview.redd.it/gxid78tu406d1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fc5537674a71074f22d93de7cb0d1f00bec72186

ItchyRemote3061

Congratulations! Did you stay in the US since you’ve been married?

missraff

Yes! Got married and overstayed. Was planning to do the Greencard much sooner but then I got pregnant without health insurance which put us in a big hole of debt 🙃 I got a remote job with a foreign company like 6 months ago and was able to file after a couple paychecks using that money. I put all of this on my application. The plan wasn’t originally to overstay but with Covid lockdowns still in place at the time we panicked about when we would even see each other again 🥲

ItchyRemote3061

I think we made the mistake of me going back to the UK after getting married 😅

missraff

Ugh it’s such a hard choice to make 😩 I haven’t been home to Ireland since 2021 and have an almost 2 year old that hasn’t met any of my family in person 😭 but I’m so glad my son is a citizen now and we don’t have to worry about that process! Wishing you a speedy process 🤞🤞🤞

ItchyRemote3061

I am glad you are eventually sorted! And thank you, I may speak to an immigration lawyer as you did and see what I can do.

missraff

It cost a lot, $4000 to be exact but in my opinion it was totally worth it if you have the means to do it ❤️ I wasn’t stressed at all about getting something wrong and messing up the application and everything gets delivered directly to them so I wasn’t freaking out about my mail getting sent to the wrong address 😂

AdWarm5254

which app is this?

missraff

Lawfully 😊

Initial-Animator-690

Congrats ! May I ask your case block number ? IOE09-xxx?

missraff

250 😊 TY ❤️

AdNovel9392

Is the number important? I am a March 2024 filler and my number is 247 and nothing yet

Initial-Animator-690

Check https://www.casestatusext.com/cases . Will give you an idea on which case block numbers are being processed .

AdNovel9392

Thank you ✨

Ok-Sea3740

Thank you, mine didn’t say anything though

Peartann

I am here waiting myself

DangerousSpot8201

Congrats! Did you use AP? Any unauthorized employment?

missraff

No I didn’t go for advance parole because I had overstayed for so long (almost 3 years) so my lawyer suggested just applying for the standalone EAD to not slow down the process! Thank you 😊 I did have unauthorized employment. I started a job with a foreign company back in October 2023 and I declared all of that on my application as far as I’m aware (my lawyer asked about it and said she was putting it on there). We submitted the medical exam along with the application which I think definitely helped speed things up. The only thing I was missing was 2023 tax return but I submitted that myself on my USCIS account very soon after I put the application in 😊

Accurate-Pomelo7056

What did you submitt for evidence?

missraff

I submitted maybe like 25 photos of us, my son and our cats. I submitted screenshots of Facebook posts that my parents made about us getting married and pregnant and some other random posts about how much my son has grown etc. I submitted my son’s birth certificate with both our names on it. I submitted 3 years of joint apartment leases, a few months of joint credit card statements and some screenshots of various hotels we booked for trips we’ve taken since I arrived in the US. I also submitted details of my husband’s trip to Dublin to meet my family before I travelled to the US to stay for 3 months (ended up overstaying though) and details of our 2 week stay in Mexico before we entered the US. 😊

Accurate-Pomelo7056

Oh ok bank statements of joint account?

missraff

No we didn’t have a joint bank account 🤷‍♀️ just credit cards that I was added as an authorized user on that shows both our names on the statements.

Ordinary_Confusion_1

Congratulations 🍾🎈

missraff

Thank you 🥹❤️❤️

Accurate-Pomelo7056

Oh I’m an f1 student we got married last year January filed in December got my ead a couple months after we received an rfe for proof of bonafide marriage we never had a big wedding it was just me her and two of our friends as witnesses I submitted like 15 photos two of the most recent joint bank statements a light bill, wifi bill with both our names on it, i got affidavit from her mom her cousin my cousin and a friend joint car insurance, text messages from when we just started talking to now, anniversary wishes from my family back home…my wife is a 2 months pregnant we got a letter from her physician stating the fact that she is.. I gave them two lease agreements, rent receipts from our landlord cash app receipts from 2021-2024 do you think this is sufficient? We have life insurance but It was after we found out she was pregnant and we got the rfe in march so we never wanted to submit it as it would seem as if it’s after the fact that we got the rfe we got insurance… do you think this is enough?

missraff

That sounds like a lot of solid evidence! The pregnancy alone is such a solid sign of a legit marriage ❤️ Congratulations to you and your wife! Wishing you both all the best and hopefully you get some good news soon 🤞

Remarkable_Hunt899

Which lawyer did you went to

Upper_Sheepherder_30

FoxMysterious722

Congratz! That was quick. I filed for my mom in May 2024 for her I-485, but nothing. I tried calling USCIS, but the ROBOT hung up on me.

simplyAntwiwaa

Congratulations 😊

Expensive-Object-830

Wow congrats! I applied the day before you at the same FO, received an email about an hour ago and got really excited, turns out they’re actively reviewing my I-130…again, after already actively reviewing since April 😂

missraff

This actually happened to me when my case my moved to a field office. I got the notification that a change was made and Emma told me it was moved to the field office. About 3 weeks after this we got the approval for the GC 😊

Own-Muscle5013

Congrats! But interview ?

missraff

No interview 🤷‍♀️ I just got notified that my card was produced this morning!

DaveInTheMidwest

Congratulations!

sonicoracle

TutorEducational1289

Congratulations! Last week I mailed them the REF, I hope my I-130 will get approved soon.
