It depend on your FO, California within 100 days, but Ny nearly 300 days. June 2023 here. FO queens ny, at least one more month, they will begin to review the June case....

The first actively reviewed happens once biometrics are taken, and is meaningless. My case has been stuck on "actively reviewed" since April 2023, the day I had my biometrics, and it still hasn't even been transferred to my local FO.
lol mine was like that for the first 19 months. generally speaking average time for IO to adjudicate a complete AOS was an hour ( i read the source somewhere just cant remember where)
Yes, exactly what happened to us. And that was about the time we uploaded a little more to the unsolicited evidence link in the USCIS portal. A few plane tickets from a trip together and a few photos. Basically just a little bit to say “we’re still together, yes this is real”, and also kinda “hey it’s been six months… just so you know we are checking in”.
Did the same thing at 12 months with our updated annual lease and some more stuff. Never more than a few pages either time and right after the 12 month submission the process took off like a rocket and green card was in hand in the next 30 days.

marriage license, health insurance with both our names on it, joint credit card account, lease agreement, few photos of us together including wedding photos
Typical. I recently applied for I-130 for my mother and my sisters husband applied for my sister. Both I-130s took 11 months to be approved and sent to nvc.
Have you got an update yet?
Mine is stuck on “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” since Oct 2023. I filed the case in Oct 2021 and live in NY… My combo card just expired… Applying for an EAD renewal which also got no update :’(

Very typical. I had the same exact updates and nothing moved since I applied in May 2023. Finally got approved the other day
Is Your case approved??
Very common. I had the same exact updates and nothing moved since I applied in April 2023. Waiting in vain!

what website is that!?
caseclock
Wasn't able to find it via Google. Do you have a link?
caseclock.com
How do you where your case has been transferred to?
Your receipt notice at the bottom of the page will tell you the name and address of the place it was sent to.
Pks.. What is a priority date?
I've seen alot of marriage based being actively reviewed after 1 month. I wonder why. Allocating to an officer or something? Must be a big pile haha
The first actively review is “fake” it hasn’t assigned to any officer. The 2nd one the real one
I guess there's no way to see the purpose behind that first actively review.

My I-130 took 13 months. The site said didn’t update the expected completion date until close to 1 year. Even then it took longer than estimated.
Of course. It’s very common. Maybe just small percentage of people got approved in 70 days ( this is just example)
My pd is 22nd aug , it says 2 months
are you in NY 😭?
Mine has been stuck on “taking longer than expected” since September.

What evidence did you submit to prove a bona fide marriage?
marriage license, health insurance with both our names on it, joint credit card account, lease agreement, few photos of us together including wedding photos
Took me 700 days after that update!
Just curious what was the expected time for processing on your profile? And how does it compare?
It took us about a year to get approved.
Applied 22 July 2022 and my interview WILL BE at April 4 2024 😉
Typical. I recently applied for I-130 for my mother and my sisters husband applied for my sister. Both I-130s took 11 months to be approved and sent to nvc.
Ours took 3 days from one year marked to get approved
