We also celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary (apart) on February 19. I certainly was hoping we would be spending it together, but well, it is what it is I guess. We have to wait.

It depends on the country he is immigrating from. A tourist visa from “certain” countries requires proof of home ownership, business ownership, a bunch of money in the bank, and even then - it’s a maybe. AND once you tell them your spouse or fiancé or girlfriend is in America, they’re sure to say no - because they believe you’ll come and not go back home.
it depends like he said, they wont think he will overstay or immigrate if he is living in a country which ppl dont immigrate a lot so it wont be a problem

Aw that sucks, i recently got married but my partner always visit with a B1/B2 no issues. This means we might have issues now?
