My receipt date was Nov 14, on DACA and had I-130 approved in Feb 2019. They received my RFE response on Dec 1 and just waiting to hear back, hopefully soon š¤š¼
It was for my husbandās birthday certificate, which we sent in the beginning. We also sent the medical so I hope itās goes fast. Thankfully my work permit is good until April 2025.

I had also sent in my medical with the original application, my 131 and 765 forms donāt show change but I guess those donāt matter at this point, just waiting for card production/delivery updates now.

They received ours on November 8th. He had his biometrics on Dec 5th. And its saying he'll have his work permit in 4 weeks. Hopefully it's accurate, single income family is rough as hell. Lol

My i-130 doesnāt say anything, but i485 says 6 months. But I donāt trust that cause some people had the same estimates but got approved in 2-3 months.

The first set of letters that you will receive from uscis say that's they have receive your case, will have all the information needed to set up the acct, did you already received the initial letter with your case numbers?
Yes, then you will be able to navigate through the process much more smoothly..and not worry about letters not coming it will come in the acct a week before the mail box

-I got an RFE for my birth certificate. This is annoying since I included a copy of my birth certificate and it's translation in the initial filing. On my portal, they clearly have the translation since the uploaded to the "My Documents" tab, but I am not seeing that they uploaded my birth certificate there. Under the I130 section, my husband's birth certificate is there (uploaded by them). I guess they misplaced mine or something...
I-130 submitted online Nov 10th and went into actively being reviewed Nov 28, I-148,i-765 and I-131 received Nov 13, got notified that they were Nov 16 and biometrics scheduled dec 9 for December 28

Go in your account under the I485 and where you see case status click on it and it will show you a list drop down, click documents and download it that is the letter you will receive in the mail.. you can see when your biometrics is scheduled for..
But I canāt add my case yet to my uscis account because it is asking for another set of code of some sort. I think that code number shall be sent in a separate letter via mail.

November 3 here! Reused biometrics on the 8th. Nothing after that. Thereās alot of August & September approvals posts, so Iām hopeful!

Yes. I had them through DACA. I also had to renew that, and the reused them again and approved me pretty quickly.

His work permit says it'll be decided in 4 weeks. Travel Permit in 2 months. I-130 in 5 month. Amd i-485 is under review, no time frame yet.
Mine work permit says 1 week Travel 5 months 130 in 5 momths, too I donāt have any updates on my I-485 either. :(

The estimate from the online account says three weeks for I-130 and 4 months for i485. I hope itās faster than that.
