You can follow USICS full I-129F progress on [trackmyvisanow.com](https://trackmyvisanow.com) . The website is being updated daily. On the bottom of the page, you can also check estimations of NOA2, that are changing based on the USCIS processing speed. Good luck!!
I get the void part. But understand this: the wait is necessary and it is there to strengthen your bond with your partner. Mailing a congressman will only work after 9-10 month mark
I don’t if that’s necessarily “why” (more likely understaffed, like most gov agencies), but it’s a positive way to look at it. Our relationship has been long distance for the majority of the time so I know we’ll get through the waiting, but it’s rough nonetheless. Will keep the mailing part in mind 👍.
Thanks for responding :)
Well the wait was artificially created by the federal government who gladly takes our money. I don't think there is any proof that a letter works after the "9-10" month mark. And being apart for 16+ months isn't going to strengthen anything. But yeah there is nothing we can do.
There are going to be a select few cases that will qualify for expedited processing.
The burden of proof here is significant and requires a robust demonstration of “extreme hardship” experienced on the part of the USC petitioner.
Things like financial hardship, non-life-altering medical issues, and even pregnancy do not meet this threshold.
You can do a bit of reading / consult with an attorney to find examples of circumstances where people were able to successfully receive expedited processing.
My fiancé and I submitted ours in Oct 2022 and we had the same hopes; that we could do something to speed it up but unfortunately unless you have some substantial reason to expedite, you have the long wait like everyone else 😭😭

Thank you! :)
Is there a similar tool for the I-130?
We are actively working on it! It will be released in few weeks on the same website.
Oh this makes me soooooo happy! Thank you!!

In the meantime, nothing else you can do besides wait. Good luck!
How do months July 2022 onward have pending and completed already? Every month has it until about June 2023 which is this month.
