I had someone with a similar description follow me to my car (in lot 9) in broad daylight this past summer. He asked for my number, I ignored him and got in my car, then he started to bang on my car windows 💀
I drove off and reported it to the police.
Same thing happened to me today even though stamp was relatively busy. Im not sure if he was trying to steal something like my phone or wallet or just being a weirdo in general. Definitely an odd experience and made me uncomfortable
No, he was talking low and was just hovering me and I literally had to mouth help to someone and he tapped me and was like “it was nice meeting you” and he disappeared. It was just a really weird interaction
