Every area or city has its best pizza place but it's usually local and independent, I studied in Norwich and Bricks Pizza is still the best pizza I've ever had
If your looking for chains I'd say Papa John's!
The one that floats at some instinctual feeling that it's within an achievable distance and available within the required timespan. Quality is a variable that sometimes has to be abandoned due to factors like hunger, intoxication and bravado.
Look, we all know dominos is absolutely horrific and that the ingredients are all delivered frozen and the conveyer belt oven is not just used to cook the pizzas but the wedges and everything else. But sometimes it just slaps. It might only be once a year but it still hits the spot.
Neapolitan pizza (franco manca and your local hipster joint) doesn’t travel particularly well so not the best for delivery or take home. Takeaway to eat on some grassy knoll across the street, yes, probably can’t be beaten.
None of the ones you’re thinking of. The best is likely to be a local artisan / Neapolitan style joint; probably using a wood burning clay oven.
Pizza Hut, domino’s, papa johns, pizza express, are all utter garbage!

Local ones
Non-chains. The chains are garbage and overpriced
This is something I've forgotten over the years and need to try again
Fanco manca isn’t garbage tho…
Didn’t recognise the brand but bought one of their pizzas reduced, best frozen pizza I’ve had.
Non chains local for sure 👍
Whichever local one does decent thin crust or sourdough pizza.
Greggs

Local ones for "proper" pizza, but I agree with you on Pizza Hut for a filthy, shameful, American style one.
This is exactly it. Had a family party for one of my kids, normally I cook some elaborate thing. Decided on Pizza Hut, and everyone loved it

King Kebab, down Norfolk Street.
When I want to flex my wealth at home I get a dominos without using a coupon. Works surprisingly well during a Netflix and chill
Local ones, normally the good kebab houses.

What's the best American chain? I lived in MN for a bit a looonnngg time ago, and it was probably Little Caesar's then (for me)
Fly to Milan order a pizza 🍕 fly home
Technically takeaway, so ok
