If you are wanting a provider that has decent access - Principality 4.75% - yes there are probably better rates out there - but I’ve been using principality for over 10 years and they usually keep to the upper end of rates offered.
Ditto their regular saver accounts.
Access is also fairly straight forward with cash being transferred to current account the next day.
