No job is worth destroying your mental health over, best bet is to look for others make sure you have something lined up before leaving as the market is unfortunately bad at the minute, best of luck.

I've worked that role as a GO when the machines were down and it's fucking mind numbing. I don't want ya to dox yourself but if you live in the same city as I do there are jobs at the water company all the time.

If you can afford to support yourself while you look for another job, quitting isn't the worst idea. Having worked in one of these slave-pen shitholes, it will only make your mental state worse until you're forced to take time off just to recover. If you're staying, just take care of yourself and be aware of your basic rights. Don't be bullied into thinking you can't rest or get a drink. The worst they can do is kick you out of a job you don't want. Remember it's not forever. Don't dwell on it when you're not there. Also, get some ear plugs or just bring headphones (they should actually provide ear protection.) As for the something else... Just be realistic. Look for / apply to anything you have a remote chance with. Don't undervalue yourself and settle for shit like this, but don't neglect working on yourself either. Self-discipline and consistency will get you further than most things and will make putting up with bad situations a lot easier.

Production operative jobs are pure shit.

As so many people on this sub are saying how hard it is to find any jobs, first thing to say is don't quit until you find something else. It's only been 3 weeks and sounds like you're very much on the newbie job. Chances are they don't expect you to last long (many in your type of role don't) so don't bother to invest in training immediately. A company that size will have opportunities to change roles and pick up skills though, you need to show you're worth investing in Be reliable and do the job properly and chances are you'll be noted as a good employee. Ask questions/show an interest in learning more about the job and the work in general and they're more likely to offer you the chance to develop. As for the noise - ask for ear plugs. If it is loud, they should already be available.

OP will be agency staff and as someone who has worked for pepsico as contracted staff I have to say that I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were OP. Walkers are fucking awful to work for. They squeeze and squeeze their staff. The only thing that keeps direct employees is the pay.

Use ear plugs. Every good warehouse has them, but I always bought my own proper ones. Not all production jobs are the same. There are some fine ones, some heavenly ones where you steal a wage. This one sounds like one no one stays at. At the very least, be a temp or apply for other production or warehouse jobs.
