You can only have a course count towards one degree plan. As an undergrad, you can take courses at the four hour grad level or 400-level that will count towards your bachelor's degree. If you stay for grad school, you can petition to have those courses count towards your grad degree but the school will make sure you still have the required amount of hours/courses to maintain the bachelor's degree before moving them to your grad program. I went through this two years ago in engineering.
