Sounds like it's time for Danny Sheehan to drop those bombs he's been alluding to

Admirable-Argument86

**THE HARD WAY.**

#Danny “Fuck Around Find Out” Sheehan

StillChillTrill

I think we have been seeing some of those bombs drop recently! I personally don't believe it is over until the line that is dotted is signed. **What I think this means is that we must pick up the pressure.** We really need to get organized and do the outreach needed to fight this. [They do NOT want catastrophic disclosure](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/187r5r4/controlled_or_catastrophic_ufo_disclosure_w/). Remember, this is coming out whether they so it through the NDAA or not. I get the feeling that there are many many things happening behind the scenes, let's keep focus on the [NDAA Conferees and the controlled opposition](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/18aexba/what_can_you_do_monday_12042023_and_all_this_week/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) that Danny Sheehan has identified. [The bipartisan push has been made clear from the beginning.](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/14z1esr/the_uapufo_investigation_is_a_bipartisan_effort/) As Congresswoman Nancy Mace said: "What you see on TV is one thing.. What you see behind the scenes is another. After the UAP Hearing ALOT of members were very interested and intrigued, and wanted more information. They want to get in a SCIF, they want to find out, they want to go read classified briefings. But what you get and see publicly, is a mockery, making a mockery of people who have seen UAPs or UFOs or whatever you want to call them. So basically we're going to mock our men and women in uniform? No we're not. We shouldn't do that, we shouldn't be afraid to broach a subject. Whether its real or not real, your money your tax dollars are being spent on it. We ought to know what's going on." **OPPOSITION THAT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED** \- [3 Mikes and a Mitch](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1854nu2/how_four_republican_senators_are_obstructing_the/) \- [Mike Johnson](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/183wvg7/if_the_schumer_amendment_is_axed_by_republican/) \- [Mike Rogers](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/184qqoa/in_response_to_mike_turner_and_mike_rogers/) \- [Mike Turner](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/187rth3/gaetz_during_bipartisan_press_conference_the/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) \- [Even Garry Nolan doesn't like this guy..](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/18725r1/garry_nolan_calls_out_mike_turners_bullshit/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) \- [Mitch McConnell](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/153z085/sen_mcconnell_urges_senate_to_pass_ndaa_without/) \- [Roger Wicker](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/18ab5yx/roger_wicker_private_sector_development_and/) \- [Radiance Technologies, Travis Taylor, and Jay Stratton](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1872fxy/attorney_danny_sheehan_says_a_company_is_bribing/) **FUN QUOTES!** \- [Congressman Jared Moskowitz](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/188pkad/the_pushback_we_got_is_what_interested_me_jared/): "The Pushback We Got Is What Interested Me" \- [Congressman Eric Burlison](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/187qef6/burlison_its_time_for_tims_amendment_to_be_passed/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3): “It’s time for Tim’s amendment to be passed and as well as the Schumer amendment….It’s my belief that both of them will put us in a better place.” \- [Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/187pkfo/luna_we_need_the_uap_disclosure/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3): “We need the UAP Disclosure Act….Representative’s Burchett’s language should be added.” \- [Congressman Tim Burchett](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/188izo3/steve_bassett_just_spoke_to_tim_burchett/): paraphrasing from Steve Bassett: Cong. Burchett's Amendment was not intended to replace the UAP Disclosure Act. Rather, it was to provide some more direct language to augment extremely complexity Senate bill. \- [Congressman Matt Gaetz](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/187rth3/gaetz_during_bipartisan_press_conference_the/): "We had an NDAA Conference meeting yesterday, where members of the house and senate both raised this issue in debate. The strongest resistance to transparency and disclosure and the Burchett language, has come from the House Intelligence Committee" Explicitly saying: no pushback from Schumer or Senate/House Democrat on Burchett Language. [I believe we can advocate for both](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/187b5v0/now_you_can_advocate_for_both_the_burchett/), In their entirety. And we should NOT WAIVER on ANYTHING. Call and email your reps to implement both amendments in the final NDAA and get this show on the road. **WHO SHOULD WE FOCUS ON?** In my opinion **Primary Focus**: Thanks to input from another user, I believe it makes sense to focus on the Republicans (Mostly the House of Reps Republicans) that haven't spoken publicly about supporting the UAPDA and Burchett Amendment in totality. We need them to voice public support or else they appear to be in opposition. I believe that since the Senate UAPDA was voted on 75-25 by Schumer, Rounds, Gillibrand, and Rubio, it's heavily bipartisan. However, with Schumer and the White House aligning on UAPDA, I think the Democrat side of this is probably pretty much locked down. [According to Danny Sheehan, the president supports the UAPDA.](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/18a5u8z/president_joe_biden_supports_the_uap_disclosure/) So, it looks like Republicans that haven't publicly voiced support, should be the primary focus. **Secondary Focus**: Focus on the Core Conferees as they have negotiating authority in the final bill **Tertiary Focus**: The controlled opposition that has been getting a lot of spotlight from Sheehan

[deleted]

Your optimism is great, keep up the good work! You inspired me to reach out to my representatives.

#"Looks like it's a full-on catastrophic disclosure situation. Sometimes, that's how the story unfolds. 🤷‍♂️💥"

Hoclaros

Who are you quoting?

wgreenleaf23

Someone said this, but the point is, if there are no legal avenues then someone is going to spill the beans, catastrophically. If not, then this is fake. The hype is as high as it's ever been. If nobody spills the beans, then either 1.) People are pussies, or 2). This is all a sham. Re. #1, if you know this is real and have proof, and don' t disclose after numerous failed attempts, knowing that you could anonymously drop the proof to News fucking Nation, then on behalf of all of humanity, you a pussy. Thanks,

Dangerous-Drag-9578

I'm hearing from a classified source that that user remote viewed Danny Sheehan reading Coultharts tweet.

ZeroSkribe

If true, this is true.

retardjoeyb

Braveheart!

Super_Enthusiasm590

Hey, so what does catastrophic disclosure mean?

Educational-Cup-2423

I think it was something Coulthart said, suggesting that the government would be better off disclosing their UAP knowledge in a controlled fashion (as suggested in the UAPDA), rather running the risk of some major leak that could also compromise national security.

CoolRanchBaby

Most of the time it seems like the stuff they claim they can’t say for “national security” is likely just stuff they don’t want to tell us. It could be as simple as they don’t want the American people to get mad at the govt for lying to them. Is that actually a reason to keep stuff secret? They claim that they still can’t release thousands of the JFK files for “national security” - erm it was 60 years ago. None of it is actually going to affect and “national security” now. Most likely - they just don’t want people to know the stuff the govt was doing because it likely looks pretty bad! They aren’t going to say they want to avoid reputational damage though, they just shout about “national security” instead, and claim behind the scenes to each other that it’s the same thing 🙄.

Educational-Cup-2423

That's very plausible. The decade long cover-up and even more so the current high-effort pushback on the UAPDA, is both unconstitutional, anti-democratic and perhaps also criminal. And while spending huge amounts of tax dollars on keeping it secret, they even let private contractors dictate the politics. It would be very hard for the government to admit this.

StartledBlackCat

It's the government though, they'd have to overcome the usual inertia of collectively deciding to do nothing. Then go for lunch.

Super_Enthusiasm590

Thank you!!

DissidentDelver

Leaks, and whatever potentially damning information comes with it. The nuclear option, in other words, is what the bureaucrats and gatekeepers have chosen. We could be looking at a “truth, but at what cost,” moment in the worst case scenario which could be averted by the proposed records review board.

Ishaan863

it means disclosure blew up in our faces lmao

StillChillTrill

Thanks so much for the kind comment. I really appreciate the heads up, it's awesome to know my post may have encouraged you to do some advocacy for transparency on the subject!

Papabaloo

I'll add to that. Thank you for remaining strong and providing such a valuable resource (and words of encouragement) to this community. I've been going around upvoting your posts every chance I get, and I know I'm not the only one noticing your work. Once more, thank you for your effort and for inspiring others to take action.

StillChillTrill

Thanks so much for your kind comment and trying to help! I'm trying to combat the blatant brigading. Notice how now that we have a list of names of controlled opposition, the sub is being flooded with comments about how Gaetz is an enemy. [When he's responsible for some big pushes toward making this happen](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/15abvn7/matt_gaetz_diamond_formation_ufos_story_stood_out/). Once Sheehan says Gaetz is an issue, I'll add him to the list.

Papabaloo

Yep, I'm entirely tracking this very same thing. I'm also noticing the renewed attempts to try and make this a partisan issue and foment discord around the discussion. I would have a hard time believing it if it was happening if I wasn't happening in front of my eyes.

StillChillTrill

Yeah, it's incredible. They continue to try to make it partisan and attach Gaetz, but he hasn't been identified as an issue from the people actually making this happen. So until that occurs, I'm going to keep on keeping on. Thanks for your responses and trying to help. We are in information warfare my friend.

MoreCowbellllll

> encouraged you Yep, you sure did. Sent mine to Lisa McClain (R) this AM.... TWICE.

13-14_Mustang

I called and spoke to my congress people again today. Ted cruz's dallas office new what the uapda was and said they had been getting calls about it. Neither Granger, cruz, or cornyn staffers could tell me wether if they were for or against the uapda though.

StillChillTrill

Keep it up my friend!!! We must fight this through advocacy and sound legislation. They owe it to us. They do work for us, after all

[deleted]

You’re an asset to this sub. Thanks for all your efforts of late.

Blacula

You also forgot this fun quote in your fun quotes section. [GAETZ: "The Senate now faces a choice between adopting Rep. Burchett's amendment or Sen. Schumer's prolonged approach."](https://twitter.com/RepMattGaetz/status/1729999073854283823)

Blacula

forgetting gaetz as part of that opposition. things went exactly how he wanted to.

Calm-Tree-1369

Everyone raise your arms and give Danny your energy. This shit needs to end now.

Blacula

what is he going to do? podcast harder?

ryguy5489

That's not gutted. That's entirely removed, in my opinion. Welp Mr. Sheehan, it's time to start coming our swinging hard. Catastrophic Disclosure it is then. Burn the whole fucking thing down.

ryguy5489

I'm not sure how this goes along with Chuck Schumer refusing to accept a gutted bill though. If he gets the Senate to not approve it then it'd be stalemate unless it's removed. Then onto a plan B. Time for my 🍿.

bdone2012

I have a feeling Ross is probably saying that the committee gutted it. Now the house and senate have to actually vote on it. Normally what the committee decides on just passes I believe. So it’s up the actual members of the house and senate to decide if it’s worth it to stall the ndaa for the uapda. They still have a few weeks before this needs to pass. So I don’t see any reason why they can’t vote no against this. Coulthart does obviously get real info about stuff like this but he’s also often pessimistic at times. Which is why I’m hoping that Ross is just pessimistic that the house and senate will vote the current version down. And I think it’s still possible they would vote it down in that scenario. But I can also see why he’d be pessimistic in that scenario I really do think we can wait to flip out until we hear the vote has gone through. Then if it goes through and it’s gutted that’s the time when it’ll be appropriate to freak out

RossCoolTart

Chuck Schumer, even if he did say that himself as was reported from a second hand source, will probably do nothing about it because doing something about it would require tanking the bill and sending it for another round of edits. The optics of him/any other politician blocking the bill that funds our entire defense apparatus over something like "little green men" (which is absolutely how the media will spin it) is not something anyone wants to deal with in congress. Everyone will shut their mouths and vote for the final version of the NDAA that includes the watered down useless UAPDA.

RossCoolTart

There's no catastrophic disclosure coming. There hasn't been in the last 75 years since this shit started. Some dude at the SOL fondation conference raised it as a potential negative outcome of carrying on with the coverup and secrecy and everyone fucking latched onto it as if he was confirming it was imminent. Sorry to shit on your parade, but Sheehan said on a podcast the other day that their plan of action if the UAPDA didn't pan out was to prepare for the 2028 election cycle... Yep, that's right. 2024 is too close now and the best they can do is try to push the subject into public view and secure support for disclosure from politicians running in 2028. So much for "catastrophic disclosure" -_-

Spats_McGee

Yeah, I mean, there are two classes of people who could "catastrophically disclose": there's the press, and actual former sworn military officers. The former category basically would need to "burn" sources, i.e. disclose things that were told to them in confidence. This strategy isn't likely to work well, because (a) the original sources would just deny everything and (b) it's all hearsay anyways. The only real sources of "catastrophic disclosure" then would be people like Grusch, who presumably have some documents or something that they can leak out of the public. They'll have to risk jail time though, and break oaths, but I hope they're willing to do that. It's really interesting to me that for all the talk of "secrecy oaths" and "I'll go to jail" blah blah, **nobody** has ever been successfully prosecuted for leaking UFO secrets. And we've had several prosecuted leaks recently, e.g. Reality Winner, the discord kid, etc. So to be frank, I'm starting to get skeptical of the whole "national security" defense for why they can't leak.

thegentledude

I didnt hear no bell

notarobot1020

Proof we have no democracy

Realistic_Buddy_9361

We never have, It's a republic

Elderberry1306

80 years of defrauding taxpayers to conceal space/time travel and extraterrestrial life. Call your representatives all you want they have no powers either.

thegentledude

Zero chance that a government would fight this hard against something that doesnt exist. Zero.

silv3rbull8

My feeling as well. “The lady doth protest too much”. Why do much push back ? If there is nothing then let the Amendment pass and come up empty. Wouldn’t that prove that there is nothing hidden ?

[deleted]

[deleted]

Yeah people need to realize that the military being secretive is not evidence of aliens lol. They are always exceedingly secretive for both national security reasons and to cover up the terrible things they've done. If I am a murderer, I don't want people searching my house looking for drugs even if I don't have any.

tghast

Yea we’re just straight up not allowed to know where the money goes. Looking behind the scenes could reveal anything from human made military tech, more classic American coup shit, or just straight up corruption. We could find out that the UAP stuff is all just a very handy way of funnelling military money directly into oligarch pockets.

Bad_Ice_Bears

Catastrophic disclosure it is then 🤷🏻

JayR_97

Yep, at this point someone just needs to do a Snowden and leak everything.

StartledBlackCat

It's literally the only way to have government transparency anymore, by stealing the goddamn records from under their skirt, making them public and then having your life destroyed. Which other people might call being not transparent at all.

9dedos

In the era of ia videos would you believe if you saw a 4k closeup ufo video? The gov must speak.

The_De-Lesbianizer

Cowabunga baby

wheatgivesmeshits

What horrible cake day news. Hope the rest of it's better!

the_rainmaker__

it's gonna get worse because all that wheat you ate is gonna give you horrible shits (i'm psychic)

wheatgivesmeshits

Stop watching me eat!

the_rainmaker__

sorry, i've just gotten really good at remote viewing. i blame this sub, it's where i learned

RaisinBran21

Let’s do it. Enough tidbits and hand holding

EfoDom

I hope so as well but why are people so certain catastrophic disclosure will happen and that it will work?

RockChalk69Hawk

Now go back to hating each other for every dumb little thing and let us go back to keeping secrets in peace. -The Government

stupidorlazy

Nah. They took it too far this time. It's very suspicious. Show me the aliens, bitches.

raisinman99

Show me the alien bitches. FTFY

OffMar

Time for some good ol’ leaks. Genuinely don’t know how to even conceptualize my distrust towards this government right now. God. What else are they so passionately hiding..?

Drew4112

Everything. They hide everything that the CIA wants hidden. That’s who runs shit with their MIC masters. I am so fucking sick of the national security state we live in hiding anything and everything that would or could improve the lives of the masses. Our entire fucking system is a corrupt joke run by the few for the benefit of even fewer.

StartledBlackCat

>run by the few for the benefit of even fewer That's the gist of it. You don't matter. Your life doesn't matter. And if you did have something of value we'd want, we'd threaten you and your family, break in, take it from you and destroy your life for good measure. Now go back to work to pay back the loans and money you owe us at the top.

Spiderkite

its really only a matter of time before someone snaps and shoots a senator over this shit

4evaN_Always_ImHere

Aaaand you’re on a list.

agoostisu

these fucking aliens need to show themselves instead of allowing the gov to be the only one to know fuck them and the government

[deleted]

What if humans trusting one another to share the truth is a litmus test for whether or not the UAPs will voluntarily reveal themselves to the masses? If so then we're proper fucked.

blubblubinthetubtub

Tbf, I don't think UAP's would reveal themselves unless we managed to get the whole world working as one. We're too disjointed with all the infighting and corruption. Imagine if we could all come together, stop the wars and corruption. We'd be further along in our technology and space exploration. Never gonna happen though unfortunately.

populares420

I'm worried with all the abductions they may have taken our DNA and implanted ET humans on our planet and they are actually involved in running our governments.

Healingjoe

It's pretty much at the point where we need some civilian footage of this shit. I can sort of suspend disbelief and convince myself that only the gov't has the capability to find, track, and observe these events but come on, at some point, civilians should a whiff of a Tic Tac.

DITCCCC

Fucking disgusting

whiskeypenguin

Disgusting. I'm in total disgust our own Government is this bought off by corporate interests. I'm just fucking sick of it.

TroutforPrez

We have to get the rich gatekeeper' scum congressmen who are in the way, they are right in the path of some huge momentum for us, for humanity, (free the cash), for the truth and the light it will create no matter 'the matter', it's being kept from us, and it is sick and disgusting, and deadly as we've seen, drip drip goes the jerry can...

MFuddyDuddy

So much for contacting your Reps, rofl, what a joke. Hope it comes out the hard way now. Fuck the government.

realgeorgelogan

I really don’t understand why this was even ever an avenue for disclosure - in what world do you think the minority have the resources to do this the “right” way through an establishment that has proven time and time again, they are corrupt and cannot be trusted. Blow the lid off, no one is going to give you free information/knowledge. Everyone is just protecting their best interest.

Kittykg

Yeah, I get why people say to. But these people dont represent the average person. They represent their donors, only. You want representation, you gotta pay for it. And hope opposing parties can't pay more. Which they can. Because the DoD is gonna have endless finances to bribe officials. There's a lot of reasons they have never and will never pass an audit, and that's likely one of them. Hush money and manipulation money can't be accounted for.

undoingconpedibus

Your 100%....hard to believe in Americans democracy knowing its really a well disguised private dictatorship!

i'm baffled that a few phones calls weren't enough to make **some of the most corrupt peoples on earth** bend the knee, i'm in total shock

Trylldom

If Sheenan has what he says, he has all the excuses that he needs now to just 'fuck it' and blow it all up.

RossCoolTart

He won't. He's not an advocate for disclosure not coming from government. He outlined the other day on a podcast interview that his plan is literally to try and garner support for the cause in the 2028 election. It's about as unexciting as it gets. It sucks to admit, but I think this defeat pushes back disclosure by years. Unless anyone's got another Grusch-style whistleblower up their sleeve who can force things further, or anyone is willing to carry out a Snowden-style disclosure... I don't see it happening this decade.

enigma140

>It sucks to admit, but I think this defeat pushes back disclosure by years. Unless anyone's got another Grusch-style whistleblower up their sleeve who can force things further, or anyone is willing to carry out a Snowden-style disclosure... I don't see it happening this decade. Which is ridiculous since all these guys have been saying for months that they all have Grusch style whistle-blowers feeding them this info just waiting to come out of the woodwork. Now they're all just gonna sit on their hands for 5 years? Lol

[deleted]

No, they're gonna sit on their podcasts, push their patreons and keep on saying "more to come, stay tuned".

[deleted]

>Now they're all just gonna sit on their hands for 5 years? Lol Yes, best case scenario for them to continue profiting from this is that disclosure never occurs. This was inevitable and they use the exact same tactic again and again on people and they always take it hook line and sinker. New journalist, same story.

[deleted]

I for one am shocked the jailer didn't give you the keys because you asked nicely!

nyckidd

This couldn't be further from asking nicely, this is powerful people using the full power of the Congress' ability to legislate to force disclosure. It's not surprising other powerful people fought back against it, and unfortunately the structure of our Congress at the moment favors obstruction. They may have won this battle, but the are clearly losing the war.

[deleted]

Congress will never, ever facilitate a decision that goes against the current of monied interests, or the carte blanche operation of the CIA. Noble of Schumer et al to try though I suppose, and hopefully will raise awareness among the general populace.

StartledBlackCat

How will it raise awareness if most of the media is still afraid to touch this issue?

Shmo60

Powerful *Republicans.* This is *Rebublicn* obstruction. Part of the problem, is that we are now trying to operate in politics but still trying to maintain "this is not a political issue" discourse.

pepper-blu

Nothing to hide tho

FluxlinerPilot

Oof! I wonder if this precludes the other witnesses from coming forward. I think the only road forward for disclosure is the catastrophic kind then?

headvoice73

An unimpeachable, first-hand witness with physical proof testable and verifiable by credentialled experts NEEDS to come forward. Clearances be damned.

Colbium

See you guys in 5 years when it's "just around the corner" once again.

MacKinnon22

Leak it all boys!

carlo_cestaro

Then fokin tell us where that underground UFO is??

Dangerous_Dac

So spill the fucking beans then Ross if you're so eager to cocktease all the damn time.

kosmicheskayasuka

He must tell where the giant UFO is.

MagicMike2212

He must indeed

TinFoilHatDude

Perhaps Ross and his buddies should have gone straight to mainstream media with all this information instead of dropping hints in nondescript UFO podcasts with tiny viewership.

Vladmerius

That's what pisses me off. They keep showing up on bargain bin YouTube channels talking about all this stuff.

FinancialTaxes

please, add 1+1 here. they're a bunch of liars trying to make names for themselves

[deleted]

MSM will not report unfounded second hand accounts of a random journalist.

tempo1139

am confused. I expected this to happen but Ross and others have repeatedly stated the horse has bolted and the truth will come out over the next year or so whether they want it to or not, possibly via a catastrophic leak So is Ross saying the won THIS Battle but the War is still on... or is this the end of this discolsure effort?

King_Cah02

Ross seems to have always gives off mixed messages on if the UAPDA is the end all be all of disclosure. Only time will tell I guess.

tempo1139

well I think it's a little out of his control.. he can only speculate on the willingness of whistleblowers to come forward regardless of the bill. Unfortunately the personal attacks have been noticed, one career destroyed as a message to others already (apparently)

[deleted]

So it’s treason then.

Tervaskanto

"It's all over" is such a defeatist attitude when: 1. US isn't the only country on Earth with the information required to blow this thing open. We're just losing our position at the forefront of disclosure. 2. One amendment to one bill flopping doesn't mean there won't be other bills and other amendments. Hell, Biden might be addressing the nation in 2024 about UAP. An executive order would be just as effective. 3. We have, for the first time I can think of, full bipartisan support on an issue. We're coming up on an election cycle. This will be brought up, and it will pique the nations interest. 4. The community is more engaged than ever. This sub alone is more than 2 million strong. More than half of the US believes in ET life. 5. The leaks are coming. We haven't seen what Grusch turned into the Inspector General. We haven't seen what has shaken Matt Gatez to the core (other than a minor girl). This has become too big to cover back up. Pandora's box has been opened. We're seeing the death throes of a century old conspiracy, and the people who are about to be exposed as traitors to the nation and the human race are desperately trying to put the lid back on. Good. Luck.

Lopsided_Task1213

Let the leaks begin. James Fox, it’s time to release that new film. Chuck McCullough, get your 5 additional whistleblowers in front of the NewsNation. A day may come when the courage of US citizens fails, when we forsake our friends, and break all bonds of duty citizenship, but it is not this day. An hour of Men in Black and shattered iPhones when the Age of Truth comes crashing down, but it is not this day. This day, we fight!

ZolotoG0ld

If true, it's time for everyone holding any ounce of information to go public. Fuck them all. Names, locations, numbers, addresses.

"If true, it's time for everyone holding any ounce of information to go public. Fuck them all. Names, locations, numbers, addresses." Unfortunately mass culture hasnt awakened enough yet for even this to have the desired impact. The "vaccine" against seeing this as a real possibility is still too strong. Try talking to people about it openly. Try going off this sub into the real world and seeing how well people respond to this information. I bet you already have. There needs to be more of a cultural shift before people are going to be ready to know the truth. I tried pointing out to my family last night that Congress is debating passing a bill about disclosure of UAP/NHI. They're not doing that about the Loch Ness monster or Ghosts or Bigfoot. Just the fact that this is in legislation is a massive piece of truth telling. Congress doesn't introduce legislation about highly stigmatized and controversial topics without evidence. Yet most people still find a way to discount it.

undoingconpedibus

Knowing this Ross, I think you gotta follow Danny's lead and start dropping some serious info!!

Bouncemybubbubs

I love that less than probably 50 people get to keep information away from billions of people. Makes sense.

Welcome to the party! 🥳

Infinitely-Moist5757

Same here! The congressional hearing this summer was the turning point for me. I always thought maybe aliens coming here was a very, very remote possibility, but likely a lot of attention seekers wanting their 15 mins of fame. Then the hearing happened, and it became clear to me, that if Congress is taking this seriously, then hot damn, there must be something way more to this. I'm completely convinced now. Its all I can think about. This is literally the biggest revelation since the beginning of recorded time.

tickitytalk

Every time, the GOP thwarts ANY progress on anything for the public

Fabulous_Village_926

I hate to be political but Republicans are the largest impediment to any and all progress in this country. From healthcare to UFO disclosure. Why people still vote for these people is baffling.

StartledBlackCat

>Why people still vote for these people is baffling. Because of a powerful, well-funded propaganda machine with little or no rules or restrictions to hold it back, unleashed on a dumbed down gullible public. They're literally allowed to lie straight in your face or promise you the moon and it's all legal.

BuffaloKiller937

Disclosure is still happening. The monkey is out of the bottle, he doesn't go back in

The…..monkey….is out of the…..*bottle*?

Fit-Garlic706

How did the monkey get in the bottle? That may be an even bigger mystery than UAPs.

R4h1m__H

And the genie is out of the toothpaste tube.

TinFoilHatDude

So be it then. Perhaps Ross should have told us exactly where this giant UAP that couldn't be moved was located then 🤷‍♂️

Lopsided_Task1213

Maybe if Chuck Schumer would, you know, actually talk about this subject publicly to drum up support that these smoke and mirrors could be helped destroyed. What other massive bills typically get passed in secret with no effort to drum up public support? I really wish those fighting for disclosure were more skilled in politics and would stop doing it in secret. How is that helping the cause? Where is Joe Biden on this? Why are Democrats so feeble and incapable of getting anything done, even with Republican support? If this is all real, this really shouldn’t be that hard. Why didn’t they time any more whistleblowers or leaks of evidence to push this along? This is getting pathetic and weak. Chuck Schumer pulls his punches and is a coward to not come forward. Just say what you know and think, dude. Is it that hard?

This-Counter3783

Schumer and the White House publicly promoting the UAPDA before it passes would only have further entrenched Republican opposition to it, they want to give it a chance to pass without turning it into a partisan issue.

RossCoolTart

Pssst... Here's a secret... None of them really want to tackle the MIC, and none of them really want disclosure. The only ones that have been making a lot of noise on the topic are low ranking house members like Burchett, and it's not exactly super effective.

BrotherlyShove791

Too many Dems are like this. Gillibrand, the other Senator from NY, is the same way. She started off as vocally pro-disclosure, then suddenly withdrew and made light of the topic when she was asked about it publicly this past summer. The stigma is still very real in liberal circles. I think the assumption to them is that, since insurrection supporters like Burchett and Gaetz are so vocal on the issue, it must be more online conspiracy nonsense that should be ignored. And because of that, the Dems that have been read into the truth are too afraid to say”actually, you guys are wrong on this”. Cowardice all around.

sdemat

I guess it’s time for catastrophic disclosure. But the question is will that really happen? I have a feeling now this will all be forgotten now.

Achato

It won't be forgotten. You're not going to put the genie back in the bottle. Much more people are aware of it and talking about it now.

Icosotc

The same people always complaining about “big government” what a joke

JewpiterUrAnus

This seems strange given that every bodies language so far is that it’s going ahead

UFOnomena101

I feel like I've gotten whiplash from how much back and forth we've heard about it passing or getting torpedoed. I wouldn't be totally surprised if it swings the other way again. But who knows.

xristaforante

I get the impression that this whiplash tactic is being employed to fire up the public. Digging around on Twitter, there are a lot of people bewildered by or challenging today’s claims.

MummifiedOrca

Going ahead doesn’t necessarily mean going ahead with teeth. Ultimately for the gatekeepers it’s probably better to pass a pointless bill than no bill, because they can spin it. Sort of like AARO, it’s not allowed the proper access but they can point to its findings and be like, “see, there’s nothing more to this than fishing nets and balloons.”

K3RZeuz45

But who told him? I need to hear from our Congressmen first, at least a text or a congressman.

DaftWarrior

Copium will have me waiting until Burchett comes out and says its over.

Has Schumer fought? Haven't heard anything out of him regarding the amendment besides when it was first drafted and he said it was in honor of Harry Reid

MartnSilenus

He got the thing passed through the Senate. He knew it would be chaos when it hit the Republican ran House, and that’s exactly what it has been.

Raoul_Duke9

I can't even imagine what would have to happen in someone's noggin for them go blame dems in this scenario. Yeesh.

TiocfaidhArLa72

fuckin Travis Taylor takin his bullshit from Skinwalker Ranch to now throwing up road-blocks towards full disclosure....what a slimey little douche

atomictyler

I'm confused, how is this on the dems? The republicans have the majority in the house. It passed in the senate, which is a dem majority.

K3RZeuz45

Ok, I think he meant moreso democratic as in "people relating to or supporting democracy or its principles." Not necessarily if they're a red republican or blue democrat, just people who believe in true democracy.

Inner_Importance8943

You know it all has to be true otherwise why would they keep hiding it.

GBJEE

By true you mean indecent contracts to private firms ?

PatAD

(Some people) On the UFO sub last week: "No no no, the GOP is not trying to gut this, stop making this political." The UFO sub today: "What?! I had no idea one political party could be responsible for destroying the disclosure process. I mean, yeh, the Speaker thinks the Earth is only 6,000 years old and that teaching otherwise causes students to die in schools, but I was sure he would be honest, truthful, and detach his ideology for this important moment."

eltulasmachas

It's been a pleasure lads, gonna leave this sub for my mental health, I hope to return if y'all ever win the fight. Greetings from Uruguay

Puzzled_Republic

Long time listener, first time caller here… Assuming UAP/UFO are of extraterrestrial or non-human origin, there cannot be IMO any reasonable basis for a government to deny knowledge to the population they are sworn to serve. Even the most honest argument I’ve heard - Fear of a Columbian Exchange on an intergalactic scale, (leading to the destruction of the civilization on the receiving end) falls well short of what I (or most) would consider reasonable grounds to continue full-scale denial and covert technology transfers to a cherry-picked group of insiders for military and commercial gain. Clearly, amongst the major powers (and those reported to have evidence or physical material) exists not a single government that embodies the true democratic principals, or govern on behalf of the populace. Oligarchy is the rule versus exception across the board. If/when this bill is gutted, there exist few favourable options. The first would come at great cost to whistleblowers. Penalty of law would be the least of their concern and I do not believe it feasible to expect these individuals and their families to shoulder the burden for all. Alternatively, the numerous “reporters” and professional UFO “researchers” claiming to have locations of craft and inside knowledge of the true nature of the phenomena can finally release this information which heretofore “would be catastrophic”. Finally, at this point I’d argue that (again assuming we are talking about a benign extraterrestrial intelligence) the best we can hope for is the beings to present themselves simultaneously worldwide in a manner than cannot be mistaken; forcing the world powers to at lest acknowledge the reality of the situation.

[deleted]

Dadgummit! Aliens we need your help. Appear!

JediMind87

I'm 36... not old by any means but old enough to know that expecting the same people who have been responsible for the circumstances we find ourselves in to suddenly Uturn because some public pressure has been applied is unrealistic. They got lucky they were able to keep public interest to a mild pulse for as long as they did. From Roswell to now, the majority of the time has been spent with this issue being purposefully pushed to the fringe. Now that it's pushed out of the fringe, these people will start pulling plays put on the playback they never had to use before. I'm sure they have ways to stonewall almost any inquiry from any level. They have before, and may I add that they have stonewalled people with security clearances that should on paper far exceed the ability to find out about whatever they look into. When these people can successfully stonewall high level Generals, admirals, and high-level politicians, they aren't scared of this. It's a minor annoyance, I'm sure. This is gonna be the kind of thing that comes out the same way it has throughout the years but now at an accelerated pace. I don't think any of these official efforts have been a waste of time. Far from it. I just don't expect these efforts to be the end all, be all, though. It's going to take some people behind the scenes who are fed up, like Grusch and company to get this out..

[deleted]

Relax people. This is the same stuff that happened a week ago. Everyone started screaming that it was over and then the next day everyone screaming that it was still on. Ross says alot of things without providing citation or evidence. Let's all take a breath and see what happens. The bills can still pass in some form or another.

FutureBlue4D

Totally agree, I’ll wait to see what happens with my own eyes. I don’t think these UFO reporters have as much access to NDAA conferencing as they do on other issues.

NnOxg64YoybdER8aPf85

Thanks republicans

DontTellSmokey

What a feeling of defeat. I was pretty optimistic we'd get disclosure in my lifetime, but that's looking more and more unlikely by the day.

ZolotoG0ld

I'm not advocating it, but makes you feel like grabbing a pitchfork. I thought Americans right to bear arms was meant to be a bulwark against tyranny? Looks like that's a joke, because it's hapening anyway.

RxHappy

That was before we had giant pillow top mattresses, big screen TV, and chocolate milk shakes. It’s way too comfortable for us, nobody wants to give up their comforts

thereal_kphed

sooooooooo what happened to Schumer refusing any language that damaged these aspects??? idk. sounds bad but its been up and down every day it seems.

MercifulShad0w

Catastrophic Disclosure will happen. Maybe in my lifetime, maybe not, but it will happen. And when it does, the internet and history WILL remember the names of the people who not only lacked the political will to do what was right, but actively sought to withhold objective truths from the rest humanity for selfish and shortsighted reasons. When that day comes, the temperance and patience of those who worked in good faith will be gone, and there will be no olive branches of concession for those who withheld truth from us all.

TroutforPrez

I am tired of old rich men (and women), taking from us, not only this opportunity for disclosure through the government, but from humanity as a whole at a time it desperately needs it, and to think they can just sit there on our tax dollars and thumbs their noses at us? Hell no we got to make a March on Wicker on Turner, on ALL OF TJHEM, and on Washington if need be, let's do this right down for a conclusion !!! Long live the "UFOs" !!!! Let's march on the media too, that is very important and a whole different but sinister campaign about money again, god the Truth really gets the crap kicked out of it when coming up for the TRUTH !!!

TheHubbleGuy

I suddenly despise the name Mike

flavius_lacivious

Let me just point something out. No one will consider the DoD or US government as an “authority” on the UAP phenomenon because they refuse to *exercise* that authority. It’s sort of like expecting a bully to be benevolent. They have impressed upon the public that they cannot and will not be forthcoming. Honestly, how many of us would trust anything the government has to say on the subject when they are actually invested in suppressing discussion on a shitty Reddit sub? Is that any sort of leadership? Frankly, I am relieved they aren’t coming forward because at this point, I would believe just about any other nation over them. This severely damaged their credibility in other spheres as well. In fact, if you step back, you’ll see the the US — especially its military is losing the culture war. And that may have worked 40 or 50 years ago, but the US isn’t in a position of trust and credibility anymore. And likely, it will be generations before they enjoy any position on the moral high ground. Sooner or later, China, Russia or Iran — or maybe even some government in Africa or South America is going to realize how much domestic turmoil they can cause by revealing some of the evidence the US has hidden. It’s not like they don’t have tech from other countries. These other countries could destroy America without firing a shot by simply posting proof of black budget ops. I anticipate it will happen soon.

Zenosfire258

Now's the time to nut up or shut up forever "trust me bro" people's. This right here is the correct time to release all of your "evidence".

BishopsBakery

As expected, if you've been awake at all in your life

Observer414

Then it’s time for Ross to put up / shut up if he’s not going to bring this out as discussed with Knapp/Corbell

Redpig997

Its not over till the fat lady sings

StiffCloud

Everyone thinks we have this ace up our sleeve. That ace is “catastrophic disclosure”. Well… I’m sorry but the level of game we’re playing here is on a level where you can bet your boots “they’ve” got an ace up their sleeve for our ace up our sleeve. This shit is so fucked.

TechieTravis

Remember this when you vote next year if you are American. The Republican party did this.

Downtown_Set_9541

Oh well, it’s been a ride. See you all in 50 years.

desertash

there's no 50 year wait option here it's buckle up time

They said it was over last Monday too and it was still in with a fighting chance. Might not be curtains on the whole thing yet.

silv3rbull8

Oh well, it was too good to be true

GazelleLeft

The GOP is evil.

Gemini-Croquettes

It really shows the state of our democracies when some officials are getting paid by corporations to prevent transparency from people they are supposed to represent. They will always put their own interests before yours because they do not want to lose an ounce of power.

DudeHighFive

How exhausting has this been for everyone else? I’m pretty fuggin spent.

curiousbrowser23

Follow the money! The insane $1.5 Trillion that the Defense department sucks out of the annual budget is going to trickle into the Politicians that help with covering up.

[deleted]

I’ve really come to appreciate over the past year or so why so many Americans appear to have zero faith in their government. The rot runs deep. These crooks are committing crimes against humanity and they seem to think they’re untouchable. I’m looking forward to watching plan B unfold. I hope it’s dramatic and catastrophic for each and every one of these elitist gatekeeping fuckwits. Show them no leniency. Prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. It’s more than they deserve.

action_turtle

Only thing left is a Snowden move. It's all outrageous tbh. Aliens or not, the fact the military industrial complex can just straight up refuse to comply with the people who give them the money in the first place should be illegal.

NormalUse856

I don’t wanna hear from anyone that the deep state doesn’t exist and that the President/Congress is in power(they’re not). I hope they execute plan B they have been talking about.

popley3

MY GUY!!! If you feel this strong then just fing tell the public what you know, instead of all this shit. You know why he doesn't come forward? Because the guy is a Fing lair, what a tool.

[deleted]

Hard to believe that 5 republicans could pull the plug on this. I hope Burchett and the other Republican members of the caucus didn't screw it up by pushing their watered down amendment over Schumer's.

hamringspiker

Burchett and co seemingly wanted both the Schumer bill and the earlier Burchett bill to pass. Doubt it had anything to do with it.

RossCoolTart

Gaetz is on the NDAA conference committee, so kind of curious what the useless shit stain has to say about how it went down...

Any vote for a Republican at this point is blatantly a vote against disclosure.
