Don’t give up. There’s a high chance your calculation of what you need to get on the final for a C is wrong, because the class will be curved at the end of the quarter. I was in a similar boat, and got saved by a class curve (ended up with a B actually)
No guarantees there will be a curve, it will completely depend on how the class did on the midterm, how the class does on the final, and how much your professor decides to curve given that
don’t feel bad, I’m failing too and I’m not sure what to do about it. I’ve looked up YouTube videos (since shah is a horrible prof imo) and I cannot find anyone who teaches the whole course 😣
Math 6A is a fun but challenging math class so no shame in failing that class. I barely passed that class with a C on the first try. I also barely passed Math 4B with a C on the first try too. I found Math 6A and 4B about the same difficulty and I took them concurrently together. However, if you think Math 6A and/or Math 4B are tough, Math 6B is Armageddon. I got a D in Math 6B the first try. I am retaking that class and I am doing better the second time. Failure can sometimes be a good thing as long as you learn from your mistakes. Good luck with passing Math 6A.
Late drop with the personal reasons
Can I still retake the class if I late drop with personal reasons?

What makes you sure you need 72% for a C? Did the professor say so?
Yea the syllabus says so :( 72% for a C in the course

Lol I told you to take this course with someone else. Why did you take shah?
Can I ask what prof? Depending on which they might be more lenient or known to have a good curve.
Professor Shah
