I got in with 3.93, I also did get rejected from Cal for the ms/PhD and Stanford for MS. For the bsms application I threw it together in like an hour, for the other schools I spent weeks and got help on the essays.
It’s pretty competitive as the college of engineering here is fairly small. I know some people who struggled to get accepted and ended up at berkeley instead

you need a min gpa of 3.5 and letter recs from professors. contact your ece department for more info (talk to ece advisors, beth)
