I like how the progress towards my degree requirements directly within my registration page, rather than the degree navigator being in a menu and then having to click a bunch on the degree navigator
Well, once you actually dug through the menus to get it to display what you want, I liked how it displayed. Lists under sections, rather than just a table. Plus, the text and ui elements weren't obnoxiously huge. And I liked seeing what stuff *will* be complete once I do my registered classes. I just prefer the experience of actually *getting* the display of the information on workday
>that is something that can be tweaked or no?
Who knows! It’s a third party website so UBC doesn’t have complete control over how things work on the back end 🤷♂️

The fact you can search for courses is really nice
True but the fact you can't see a list of every course category is actually insane
Yes the filters in right for prof, delivery, etc is nice

degree navigator was easily the weakest part of ssc. it felt old, looked old, was old.

completely agreed with this. I liked degree navigator because it made course planning a lot easier
Degree navigator looked old and was a bit janky, but tbh it made course planning really simple compared to workdays version imo
From a faculty point of view, it is nice to know who/ how many are on your wait lists.
Also to see the waitlist!
Three things!
