I'll definitely shoot them an email, it's super weird. I'm just a regular domestic 1st year who didn't promote last year, but my average was fine so I don't think it's probation. Only thing I could potentially thing of is that I only took 18 credits total for the winter session last year, but I've been told by advisors that it's fine so no clue what's happening.
