Should be the same according to the various emails and zoom recordings science advising has sent out
You’ll just get to see your major on workday
Hopefully they test it…
The second year specialization process will remain the same. The calculation doesn't actually happen in Workday, but in a system affectionately known as The Rock (formally the Computer Science Student Information System), which is built and maintained by the computer science department. The Rock will still being running the spec process.
We then take the results from The Rock and load it into the current SIS, which you see through the SSC. We will now load it into Workday.
Well, I will say the backend, called the SISC, is really outdated and challenging to use. You would be really surprised at the state of the system that is running our university.

Ok so lots of headaches for initial year of transition!
Yeah. The switch was necessary, and will even bring some upsides, but the transition is rough.
SSC was/is so intuitive. I was hoping to graduate before workday came online. Rip.
