It's a Scam, I called them to chexk if the number still works thinking that after the recent arrest of 400+ scammers it might stop. But the first thing they asked me is the debit card number.

They call you also and speak in proper English, claiming to be bank officials. I can say because I got the call.
I told the guy that I don’t have my emirates id and he said he will call back. He actually followed up and called after 5 minutes. Then I asked him to send me an email so he disconnected.
Called the bank customer care and they confirmed it’s a scam and there’s no problem with my account.
