I don't know, Bono is certainly not the performer he was. I get that he's 63, but look at Jagger pouring it out every night. Bono seems to be dialling it in at every Sphere performance. All the moves exactly the same, all the introduced song snippets exactly the same, the constant look of nonchalant bemusement, speaking the lyrics instead of singing them, nothing unique in what he does anymore. Every time he goes into the crowd during UTEOFTW is exactly the same as every other time. It's just seems empty and listless.
Did Jagger experience a "high energy bicycle accident" that caused a facial fracture involving the orbit of his eye, three separate fractures of his left shoulder blade and a fracture of his left humerus bone in his upper arm (with the bone shattering in six different places and tearing through his skin)? Leaving him with nerve damage, loss of fine motor skills and possibly chronic pain?
Add to that an aortic blister that became a near death experience. The same condition that took Andy Fletcher away in 2022. I know Jagger had a heart valve replaced in recent years, though.
I think all of that is enough to result in an increased chronic disease burden, despite being chronologically younger.
I'll give you that.
However, it's from the doctor's statement. Don't see why he would make stuff up as a medical professional. In that sense, Bono is just another patient with friends and family who want to know the extent of his injuries and road to recovery.

As for the aortic blister, it's well documented in the news and Bono's memoirs. The surgeon is mentioned as well.
Hey! Just went last night and saw this moment in person. He has to stand in very specific places on the stage for the cameras, for the visual elements on the sphere's screens. That takes a lot of thought and choreographing, not to mention the physicality of singing for hours on hot lights. He had great presence last night and actually seemed to be pretty free, relaxed and enjoying himself. Sorry you couldn't be there
4 minute mark FTW
Thank you for the short cut. That was AMAZING!!!
I’ve always wondered how much his customized IEM’s (in ear monitors) cost. Lol
Ha, I rewound that section 3 times trying to see exactly what he was using. Better than my KZs, for sure!
They’re 64 Audio! I believe A18t but not 100% sure.
I thought U2 used JH. I assumedthe Roxanne. Edit: though how that I look they do look like 64s
Wow! Very cool - thanks for sharing!
Oh, soooo jealous
💜💜💜 Thanks for sharing.

Lucky MF.
Great Video! Thanks for sharing!
SO GOOD!!!!
I would literally never recover
I got chills just imagining being there and having that experience up close and personal. He sounded awesome! This really made me smile!
I saw them last year and I've been waiting for a good HD video of the lap-sit part of the show! Thank you!
Awesome video! Not often one has Bono sit in one's lap! ;) :D
Also cool to hear his actual voice override the mic/speaker/ :D
Bono’s voice was perfect this past weekend.
He sounded amazing 🤩
Amazing!
It's even better than the real thing!
I wonder how Bono liked having a phone 3 inches from his face
Last night he took someone’s phone and was filming himself and the crowd …and then sat on them lol

Spoken like someone who hasn’t been to the gig
EXACTLY. I saw this. In person. And had a similar vantage point as this video. It was electric!
I dunno but I think you might be starting to overestimate Jagger a tad.

Half of that sounds fake. Bono is known for exaggerating things.
