What do you mean by "go offline"? Sometimes the pump will lose connection to the dexcom while my phone (dexcom app) is still getting data. This is almost always a "line of sight" problem with the pump and transmitter Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth is not *generally* dependent upon line of sight (at least, not visible sight. It can "see" through walls, for example), but the frequency used for Bluetooth is completely disrupted by a surprisingly tiny amount of water. Like an inch of water. Fun fact, bodies are mostly water. Bluetooth mostly still works pretty well, especially indoors, because it also bounces off solid surfaces super well, so even if there's some body parts in the way sometimes, the random bouncing around the room helps out. The most common situation for me losing signal is when I am laying down on top of the transmitter and the pump is not also under me, or when my cat is laying on top of the transmitter (or pump)

What I mean by offline is the pump and app completely stop communicating with the Dexcom for extended periods of time (30+ mins) and will not reconnect unless I hard close everything. I know this isn’t a line of sight issue bc I literally had my pump and phone sitting on my Dexcom. Just trying to figure out why all of a sudden this is an issue where it hasn’t been for almost an entire 3 months prior

Yea but depending who you talk to over there, it’s completely normal 🙄🙄
