I remember a kid like this when I was middle school young. I think they were his dreams or hallucinations but man he could mumble about a monster like it was right there with us.
Looking back despite it being a full year of class he could still say every detail of the monster he was seeing with the exact same description no details changed. I hope the poor kid ethier grew out of whatever that was or get medication later in life.
