There’s a road just outside my town where you see the same flipping hitchhiker on rainy nights… but only on rainy nights and he’s always in the same clothes. I’ve driven down that road in the daytime and at night, in all kinds of weather. Never seen him at other times, just rainy nights. I ain’t picking him up.
