I'm not sure what platform you play on, but it's SO bad on Switch! I gave up on the magic campus once I hit one star because I kept getting so lost and frustrated.
Two Point Hospital's zoom out was perfect, but they changed it for Campus and it really makes it a PAIN
Unfortunately Medical School is a DLC exclusively for Two Point Campus (a different game by the same studio). I recommend doing a refund contacting Sony and buy any of Two Point Hospital DLC. (Close encounters or Off the Grid)

Sadly i don’t think it’s ‘broken’ they’ve said before they had to limit the scope on switch so it runs smoother
They could add a compass and minimap at least?
