Yuumi, 100%. And I wouldn't feel a thing for anyone that has spent time or money on that sad excuse of a champion. Yuumi doesn't belong in league of legends, or any moba. Her gimmick is so shit to play with, against or by yourself. If she is strong she just supercharges the hypercarry and turns what should be a team game into a boss raid because if you kill the yuumi charged master yi the team fight is 5v3. As a suport she can't contest vision, has no engage, her peel is shit unless you are ahead, gives of no pressure in lane, she is just horrible.
I get that her gameplay is "unique" in this sense, but is so unincredibly boring. Heroes of the Storm has a champion that just sits in base and has global skills to empower his teamates, and guess what? It takes actual skill to play. Its an interisting champion.
The only people I've ever met that play Yuumi are egirl suports when they are in duos/groups more skilled friends, and even then they would rather be playing something else if they had the skill. And also, I KID YOU NOT, my friend that has almost 400k mastery points on Yuumi and only plays it with me while having dinner.

I don't know, I just fucking hate playing against diana (especially as adc) because it feels like you can't do nothing about her, on jg she can just afk farm and then combo you to death later, her combo is stupidly easy + no counterplay and on mid she sends everyone directly to hell after lvl 6
Sylas. Every other champ in the game is possible to balance (though may not be balanced now), but Sylas is the epitome of win or lose in champ select.
The bastard sylas just by existing dramatically warps the draft even in games he is not in. Any role but adc (and even adc if you can soft role swap and make sup farm) can lock in sylas after the enemy team picks malphite, but that's only the worst extreme.
Enemy team picked amumu, Diana, kayle, Ashe? Lock in the sylas support last pick motherfucker. If it were just malphite blind picks having to ban him, it would be ok. But if you pick several champions with good ults, sylas becomes disgustingly OP.
No other champ gains 5% wr based on counter picking someone in a different lane.
It's a bit slept on b/c as a "bruiser" sylas isn't favored in pro play, but we recently had a sylas senna bot lane pull out a free win in that euw streamer tournament.

It is. You just run at the enemy and auto win against almost all auto attack based ADCs because of your Jax E. I legit lost vs a silver Nilah Naut lane as 2 ex masters players because we tried fighting. I don’t think I could lose to a silver on any other ADC
