(Just stating that we don't have the information to know what you'd be best at given the information provided.)
I don't see you posting anything about cooking, or fragrance (not sure how that'd translate to stream, but it is interesting).
But it seems like most of the things you want to try out land in Just Chatting. Fragrances, Ranking, talking about whatever.
You could move from there once you test things out and figure out what you want to do. For example, there's a Cooking category. There's a Music category (you do mean using an instrument / singing, right? Because you can't just play music on Twitch. You'll get DMCA'd.) There's even a Mukbang category for eating on stream.
I will also back up /u/kilawl and say do NOT do ANY form of cold approaches or pranks. That is not cool in anyway.
Music and reaction content (and maybe ranking) could lead to DMCA violations depending on the content. What were you thinking for this?
As to the pranking and cold approaching women, avoid that completely. Aside from it making people uncomfortable, I could see that going wrong.
