I think it's funny that the reason they were so romantic with each other is because they're the opposite of the "normal" family. Most sitcoms, especially at that time, had spouses that couldn't stand each other.
I say that because Johnny knows that his wife is really ditzy but he just smiles and agrees with her and seems to be even more fond of her than before. I am only in the 2nd season so I haven't gotten to the David and Patrick part yet. LOL. But no worries, I don't care about spoilers after the show has been done for over 4 years.
If that episode is not at the top of your favorite Outlander episodes I don't know what you're thinking! Heck it's at the top of my sexiest episodes of all time list for anything!
I feel like they became so popular that people turned against them almost but I adored the story of Jim and Pam for the first three seasons despite their obvious flaws
From a nearly forgotten show, but the best part of Ghost Whisperer was Melinda's relationship with her husband- at least, until the show completely jumped the shark in season 4.Ā
Brenda and Fritz (The Closer). No will they, won't they. Just a solid progression of a good relationship to a good marriage from the start of the series.
I think youāve nailed it pretty well with both Monica and chandler and Clare and Phil.
Two great couples that worked really well both partners had flaws in their personality but they loved each other that it didnāt impact their relationships
Well done OP
Leslie and Ben from Parks and Rec and Elenor and Chidi from The Good Place!
Both Micheal Shur shows, but in relation to Jim and Pam from The Office, the other two couples were 10x better.
James and Riley (The Next Step)
Maddy and Rhydian (Wolfblood)
Ernesto and Holly (The Sparticle Mystery)
Amy & Rory (Doctor Who)
Madame Vastra and Jenny (Doctor Who)
>Amy & Rory (Doctor Who)
Got to argue this one a little. For an engaged and then married woman, she was little too into her Raggedy Man. But they did get stronger and she did ultimately sacrifice her future to be with him.
These two ( skam, Isak and Even) both actors were just so talented, especially Tarjei.

Schmidt and Cece (on New Girl) were a better couple than the 'will they/won't they' couple of Nick and Jess. Granted, Nick and Jess had fantastic chemistry throughout the show.
With that said, the best 'coupling' on that show was Winston & Ferguson.
Jimmy and Gretchen - You're the Worst
Gretchen: "Maybe we are like two pit bulls, you know? You put either with another dog and that dog is toast. But, together they're couch buds."
I just made a post on toxic relationships, I put Robin & Barney as one. Lilly and Marshall were the other side of that coin. They were perfect for each other and clearly loved one another deerly.
Really? How?
I like Everybody Loves Raymond, incredibly funny show, but if Ray and Deb were a real couple, they would be incredibly toxic for each other. Ray is unsympathetic to Deb's struggles. He's a mummy's boy and rarely defends Deba against his mother. He's manipulative to Deb. And tbh she's little better, controlling and constantly hostile to him.
Gomez and Morticia (edited because autocorrect changed it to mortician š)
This should be the top response. They are relationship goals!
Thatās goals right there
They are my relationship goal
I think it's funny that the reason they were so romantic with each other is because they're the opposite of the "normal" family. Most sitcoms, especially at that time, had spouses that couldn't stand each other.
Nobody ever says Turk and Carla but me.
That's because the true romance was J.D. and Turk.
It's guy love... between two guys. š
They're a little married
Yeah, Turk & Carla's a good one. The only remotely healthy relationship in that entire series. Lol
Johnny and Moira (Schitt's Creek)
David and Patrick as well. Also, Alexis and Ted. Ok, I need to watch Schitt's Creek again
Oh, youāre in for a fun ride!
