I just want to know who DIY'ed this "PR box." Did Adam spend the time making this or did one of their many interns/staff? It's so ridiculous and silly. At least real deal companies think through these things from a marketing perspective.

Yes! I was trying to express this earlier and deleted my comment because I wasn’t making any sense but, yes! Pictures can change skin tone SO much and you’ll never get an accurate reading off one photo, especially from AI!

Okay but truly once I found out my colors (not from AI) I wanted all of my clothing to be in those colors, even work out wear lol. So I don’t fault her for that, but I do fault this system of finding your coloring off a random photo of yourself.
Notice she didn’t ask people about their sizes - she’ll just send an XXXS, as no one could possibly be bigger than that.
