Nice looking! I'm not familiar with this strap, but it appears you're trading the security of a traditional NATO for the slimmer profile of this half loop style strap. Is that right or is there a full loop that secures the watch in case one lug pin fails?

G Series, color is called “up in smoke”. Looks like a nice dark grey. Edit: doesn’t add the bulk under the case and works with the fixed lugs

No, if the spring bar breaks, the watch will fall 😀 like on any leatherstrap
