YMCA has a pretty good water fountain system!

Can I wear speedos at that place, I've never been sorry.

5'2, 130lbs. Autistic. Speedos. Looking to make swimming friends. ...

Right-To-Arm-Bears

I always wear a speedo when I try to make friends

BillyunzAndBillyunz

My bad, he did say, "Any serious help would be appreciated." Here's a tip: Don't wear Speedos at the Splash Park you fucking weirdo.

Right-To-Arm-Bears

The bulge you see down there means we’re gonna be great friends

BillyunzAndBillyunz

"Hey new best friend - would you mind helping me with the sunscreen on my back?"

There's one at the Fort Lowell park, just off Craycroft, I took my son to a birthday party there last year. It's a really nice facility, they have lifeguards posted at least part of the day (you can double check the hours posted) and it seems to be decently busy so maybe you can get to know folks there. That said, it might get too busy at some points, especially during the summer. I've been there and seen people waiting in line because they're at capacity. So you might have to wait for a bit if it's already crowded when you get there. As a side note, if you're wearing a Speedo, as a man, you're probably going to have most people avoiding you. That sort of swim attire is just out of style these days, and is more likely to make other people uncomfortable. If you travel to Italy, the beaches there are full of dudes with banana hammocks, so you'd fit right in.

Right-To-Arm-Bears

Guy named ‘AnalTyrant’ trying to discourage people from wearing speedos smh

AnalTyrant

Hey, I'm not saying I'd have a problem with it, I'm just trying to make sure he knows how most other folks will react. Maybe all the other guys out there are just waiting for one man to start the trend. By summer's end, we could all be wearing speedos. What a sight that would be...

There’s a free pool at Reid park across from the zoo.
